So, this place is special to us, because my wife and I had our second date here, before it was all built up and completed. Now 5 years later It is the absolute coolest underground tavern. You like Skyrim? Be here. You like great, friendly staff with personality and passion? Come here. It is not to be missed. Every mead is crafted with passion, and I will tell you you'll learn a thing or 5 from talking with them. If you've never tried mead, get here, talk with staff, and have a blast. Mead regular? You'll always have something fun and new to try. Also heard from the owner that fun and unique stuff is on the way since they have had such interest. Amazing spot, don't miss.

One of the best places you can ever go! My partner had his 21st birthday here to celebrate, and it was one of the most magical experiences ever! The environment was lovely, the staff was super friendly, and the overall vibe was just so so relaxing. If you ever need a place to go where you can feel like you’re in a fantasy tavern and have good drinks and great conversations, this is the place to go! 😊

Genuinely one of my favorite places in all of the nine realms! I’ve been coming to Wyrd for years and have even had their fantastic goods and wares shipped all over the country as gifts for friends and family. A must see when visiting the PDX area, fantasy garb recommended but certainly not required. The atmosphere is pure magic and the community they have built here is absolutely incredible! I always make sure to stop by when I’m in town and each time is a glorious adventure. Truly, I cannot even begin to fully explain how awesome this place is!! Great drinks, great vibes, great people! 🍻 Just a heads up, as of this post they’re only going to be at this particular location until about June 2026, and while I’m so excited to see where their next chapter takes them, I cannot stress enough how fantastical and amazing their current location is! Definitely swing by before then to check it out for yourself!! 💖

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and immaculate vibes. My husband and I enjoyed a low key Halloween night date drinking some of the best mead we've ever had and playing a board game. The dim lighting did make it somewhat difficult to read our cards, but the staff helpfully provided more candles and a cool light up potion bottle to see by.

From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by craftsmanship, creativity, and an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and into a different world. The leatherwork is absolutely stunning, beautifully made, and quality pieces that showcase true artistry and attention to detail. I had Travis make me a new wallet almost ten years ago and it’s still holding strong! And the mead? Incredible! Whether you’re brand new to mead or already a fan, their selection is flavorful, smooth, and expertly brewed. A huge part of what makes this place special is the owner, Travis. He’s passionate, knowledgeable, genuinely invested in what he creates. You can tell this isn’t just a business to him, it’s something he truly loves! He takes time to talk with anyone and everyone that enters, makes everyone feel welcomed and answer questions. This isn’t just a shop or a tasting room, it’s an experience. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this amazing local business.

I visited for the first time while I was still dressed for the Ren faire my group had just left. We got a couple flights of tasters, and the wonderful staff explained each of them well. I left with an unopened bottle of their original mead, hands down the best mead I've ever tried! As someone who regularly attends Renaissance Faires and have tried several different meads. I'm excited to follow then to their new location once they find the perfect place! I hope it's closer my side of town. Between the perfect decor and great staff, I look forward to many more visits! Especially to get another bottle of that delicious original mead!

Recently visited on Valentine's Day with my spouse. The atmosphere here is absolutely perfect. The decore is stunning and immersive without ever being close to overwhelming. The staff are amazing and and friendly, and I can't wait to come back!
