503W was a vibe. Such a fun and great place. The drinks we ordered were delicious! Our food had some pros and cons. The cubano was very very good; however, the steamed bun sliders were a little flavorless and the bun was a little harder than what I'm used to. The chicken in the salad we got was delicious but the salad itself tasted like chemical. Service was great, our waitress was on it the whole time we were there.

Delicious food, incredible staff, and an all-around great experience. This place is special to my family because we make a point to come here whenever we visit my brother at the Air Force Academy. From our very first visit, the service stood out. Our waiter was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made us feel so welcome. Over the last year, we’ve tried plenty of fun spots around Colorado Springs, but this restaurant remains one of our favorites. The food is consistently flavorful and always hits the spot. We look forward to coming back every time we’re in town.

exceeded our expectations! we'll definitely be back. when delish healthy food items are combined to create a dining experience, that is our favorite reason to dine out. we're simply not fans of music we perceive as loud. we're looking forward to warmer weather as there are 2 patio dining options. ♥️ the pickled onions 😋😎🥰😊

Stopped in while driving through Colorado Springs after hearing great things about this place — and it totally lived up to the hype! We started with the egg rolls, and they were incredible — crispy, flavorful, and definitely not your average egg rolls. The Saigon French Dip was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. We also tried the Mahi Mahi Po’ Boy, and it was one of the most flavorful sandwiches I’ve ever had. Parking could be a little better, but honestly, the food more than makes up for it. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

This spot manages to achieve the most difficult restaurant calculus: balancing cost, quality, flavour, creativity, and service to make a really excellent product that is absolutely worth it. Fair prices, good portions, unique entrees, and a great atmosphere all come together in really nice way at 503W, and I'm excited to venture back and try more korean-american street food fusion in the future.

On our way from Denver to Colorado Springs, found this via quick Yelp Search for a quick lunch stop. We wee expecting a v good meal having read some good reviews and pictures looked great. But it wasn't to be. None of the food items hit the mark for us. Nachos had chicken which tasted dry , Korean chicken was too sweet/pungent, Tacos were not that good. The worst part of lunch was that the Coke we ordered was all fizzed out- even the replacements were fizzed and syrupy. If a restaurant with a full bar can't figure out a way to serve a simple soda then its a big red flag for me. Service was ok. Maybe they were having an off day but this was a meal to forget for us.

I enjoyed the food, and the presentation of the food was well done. There were lots of options from American to Korean and some fusion options. I had the pork egg rolls and Korean tacos which were very good, and a nice intro to a type of food I'd never had before.
