Bar Thirty Three

The atmosphere was ok, loud and somewhat crowded and loud. They don't offer a food menu or even mention it but, our neighboring table got dumplings or something not offered. Service started off great then we were ignored for a half hour after receiving our first round of drinks, mind our Reservation was for only an hour. We received our second drinks with 15 minutes left of the reservation in which we noticed the neighboring tables were getting drinks left and right. We couldn't even flag her down because the waitress was walking away from us and not even looking in our direction. First round of drinks were the murder bird which was sour but delightful and the thirty-three old fashioned which is a very strong drink and didn't taste like banana at all. We finally got our second drink called the greater flamingo punch which was spicy and tasted like a bloody marry thrown up with punch. Not very good. I don't recommend this place, especially if you are in a small group, they will ignore you.

Bar Thirty Three is one of the most elevated, classy, and exciting bars in town. The whole team will make you feel welcomed and even loved. There is nothing but good people and passion running the bar. Cocktails and bartenders are top-notch. With house made ingredients for juice, syrups, cordials, and more. Wednesdays, they usually play live music, such as jazz. Throughout the year, they host many events/gatherings such as whiskey and tequila tastings. I want to thank the whole team. Great little hideaway! Atmosphere was a very chill vibe tonight. I ordered their personalized version of an espresso martini, Delicious was the only word to explain this decadent drink. I do wish they had some food, but they did say that is coming in the new year, 2025. Go, check it out! You won't regret it

Cute new speakeasy. Had the periwinkle and the Rocky Mountain fog - they were both delicious. Vibes were awesome. Went on a night with a DJ. He played chill mixes. 10/10 would recommend 🙂

The only word I have is odd. My family and I traveled to Colorado Springs in July and were interested in a unique night out. We wanted to go to a jazz club and happy to find Bar Thirty-Three. However, majorly disappointed when we arrived to the location and saw no lights on and doors completely locked. We went to a nearby hotel (Mining Exchange Hotel - Beautiful lobby) and inquired. They had not noticed the establishment being open in a long time. Now we would understand if there was an issue that would not allow them to open (building issues, safety reasons, staffing, etc.). However, they had not posted that they were closed (Google at the time said they were open), as their social media was actually promoting a live band appearance that night! What made things even more interesting is that the band that was supposed to perform at the club... POSTED that they would be at the club too!!!! Again, just odd that we arrived and it was just not open.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting with some friends, and I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is wonderfully dark and alluring, creating the perfect setting for a memorable night out. The craft cocktails were exceptional, and the food menu surpassed all expectations, offering delightful options, including gluten-free choices. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to enjoy an unforgettable evening!

The owners of this speak have done an excellent job of converting the basement of the historic municipal utilities building into a classy, warm blend of Tahitian new age deco style. The cocktails also lean toward tropical but still keep their feet firmly on dry land. No frou frou lightweight drinks here. Very creative concoctions you won't find anywhere else. And live music on Wednesday nights is a wonderful bonus.
