Regal Bricktown Charleston

This relatively young theatre is the closest Regal to me. Fortunately I usually have positive experiences here. Today was no exception. The staff is great— friendly & quick (though at other times when it’s busy could use extra help). Today’s help was especially great—trainee Dan and Akosa(sp?) terrific, even brought our food to our seats! The theatre is usually bright and clean, including rest rooms and the parking lot where we do feel safe. The film sound is excellent, reclining seats are good— not exceptional but comfortable. The only negative are the prices. They’ve increased so it’s difficult for me to take the family out. Today cost me — with discounts— $124 for myself (senior) & 3 little children. I wanted a day out with them , otherwise streaming movies is the cost effective way to go.

10/10 Iron Lung experience with friendly staff who helped me and my boyfriend understand the regal rewards program. It was such a great location the first time that I traveled from the north shore AGAIN to see Iron Lung with my friend.

I just had to leave a review because Kenny truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive — but what really impressed me was what happened at the end. As each customer left the theater, he personally said goodbye and thanked every single person. You don’t see that kind of genuine care very often anymore. It wasn’t rushed or forced — it felt sincere. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel transactional, Kenny made the experience feel personal. It’s rare to find workers who take that extra moment to make people feel appreciated. He absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

I had such a wonderful experience at Regal Cinemas Charleston on Staten Island, and I have to give a special shoutout to Kenny. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about his job. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — answering questions with patience, helping with tickets, and making us feel welcomed instead of rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and his positive energy really stood out. The theater itself was clean, organized, and comfortable, but it was Kenny’s attitude and professionalism that made the night memorable. Regal is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Solid movie spot! Regal Bricktown Charleston has nice reclining seats that are super comfy for long films, good picture/sound quality, and clean theaters. Concessions are standard but fresh, staff friendly and quick. Easy parking and location. Minor thing: can get crowded on weekends with long lines, but overall a great theater experience. 4.5 stars — perfect for catching the latest blockbusters! Highly recommend the recliners and combo deals!

Very clean, comfortable electric lounging chairs. A bar to enjoy cocktails while waiting for your movie to commence and plenty of parking.

There was an incident in which a couple of young hooligans made homophobic remarks and statements, they were talking throughout the first 15 mins of the movie and I saw them smoking an e-cig with what smelled like weed. They weren’t even old enough. 🤔 Anyway, I saw a bunch of people with disdain on their faces for the bad behavior and I went to complain about it. The manager was in the theater within 2 minutes and asked them to leave. He handled it well. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
