I like to pop into Father and Son about once a month just to look around, and I’m always blown away by the cool and unique stuff they have. Sure, some things are a little pricey, but you can tell it’s because everything is hand-picked and thoughtfully curated—you’re not going to find these items just anywhere. Over the years, I’ve grabbed pants, paintings, sunglasses, shirts, and more, and I’ve never regretted a single purchase. The staff are always super kind and welcoming too, which makes shopping here even better. Highly recommend! And honestly, if the prices aren’t your thing, that’s fine—this place is all about the effort and care they put into their one-of-a-kind selection.

Extremely well stocked and fun shop. This is the type of vintage store you want to visit periodically. Very inspiring. Lots to see. Well ventilated so it doesn’t smell old. Take your time and enjoy! I’ll be back for sure.

Fun place to browse. Excellent collection of vintage clothes and mid-century modern furnishings. Be sure to check out the used records on the second floor. We found a number of unique jazz, country, and new wave albums to add to our collection.

AMAZING vintage place! Such a great collection of items and clothing. The pricing is pretty expensive, but their selection truly is incredible. I think this is the best selection of vintage clothing I’ve ever seen in one place. Will be coming back next time I’m in Raleigh! Check it out if you’re in the area!

Fun vintage store for that collectible item or kitchy must-have. They are my local go-to for retro Christmas items and replacement broken Shiny Brites. You'll enjoy the store's vibe and endless selection.

I would only recommend it if you are into window shopping (it is a cute store) or want to pay a lot for anything they sell (everything is overpriced as if it were brand new). First of all, I recommend doing your research on mid-century antique furniture. A used "Danish" dining table should not cost that much at a place like this.
