The Arbor Bar And Garden

Really enjoyed this place. It has a relaxed, comfortable feel without trying too hard, just good energy all around. The drinks were well made and consistent, exactly how they should be. Service was friendly and efficient, which always makes a difference. It’s an easy yes when deciding where to go and the kind of spot you can count on for a solid night out. Definitely coming back.

The Barbour Bar & Garden has such a great vibe! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. It’s perfect for a casual night out or catching up with friends. The service was excellent. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I hate writing bad reviews but this should be said to help others. I didn't see prices before ordering, that should have been my first clue. One drink was $17. I would still be annoyed if it was cheaper because it was mediocre. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink but it was recommended by the bartender who was very friendly. There appear to have a fully stocked bard with lots of options and all of the staff members were friendly and attentive. The price of the drinks are just too much considering the taste and presentation. If there was some special "flair" I could understand. Either way, prices should be posted on the menu so patrons aren't shocked like I was.

The service was disappointing enough that we decided to take our business elsewhere. We stood at the bar for over five minutes without being acknowledged, despite both bartenders clearly seeing us. Instead of assisting us, they seemed more focused on making off-menu drinks for a group of younger women, apparently trying to impress them.

I enjoyed my time at Arbor this evening after having dinner with a friend and fellow Elite at Oak City Fish and Chips inside the Morgan St Food Hall. Arbor offers indoor and outdoor seating and we were very happy to have had David as our bartender. He was friendly and professional. He knows how to make a cocktail ! There was a female bartender also who was kind. We ordered a Kentucky Mule and French 75. Both were tasty, served quickly and boozy. Service here was excellent. Bartenders have manners, they can mix a drink and are professional on the patio side. I loved the patio light fixtures and overall idea of this bar. Very relaxing, plenty seating and the perfect place to unwind after the work week. Prices were affordable. This is now one of my favorite places to grab a drink when Downtown.

It would be nice to have egg nog liquor drinks at the bar for the fall season. But Jen, Tee, and Orlando are awesome bartenders!!!
