Kohl's

10/23/25 I had the best shopping experience today. It seems they are really trying to improve their customer service here. After shopping for myself and finding some nice Fall clothes I went to the men’s department to get jeans for my husband and the nicest lady (Carol) came over and asked what size I was looking for and immediately jumped in to help. It’s always like looking for a needle in a haystack when finding the right size but she (about my age, 60’s) was squatting down near the floor looking through every single pair while I looked on the top shelves. We found the size and then she recommended another Levi’s "506" and new kind. She said she’d had a lot of people coming in for those. Apparently they’re very comfortable. I was so delighted at how helpful and kind she was and I believe she really enjoys her job. The ladies at the checkout were very friendly also. There were 2 and I don’t know their names but they’ve been there a long time. Thanks Kohls! I’ll definitely be back. Vickie Sullivan

Kohl’s is a great place to shop for clothes, shoes, and home items, especially with all the coupons and Kohl’s Cash deals. The store is clean and well-organized, and the employees are usually friendly and quick to help if you need something. I really like the quality of the products, they hold up well for the price. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the checkout process can be a little slow, and sometimes the pricing or discounts can be confusing at first. Overall, though, it’s a reliable store with great deals and a nice shopping experience.

My elderly mother ordered a coat online and needed to return it because of sizing. I visited this store for a return and from the time I walked through the door to the time I left with the refund, was about 12 minutes! Friendly, helpful, FAST and well organized. I was not looking forward to this trip but the staff eased the stress and made me a customer for life. No more online shopping at Kohl's - I'm going to the store!!!

Does everyone at this location hate their job or something? I have never been here or have done an Amazon return before. I went up to the registers to ask for guidance on where and how I would do the returns. I was given vague directions and when I asked what is it going to say at the booth "customer service" or "returns" just so I’d know I will be at the right spot and the old ladies answered with such sass like I’m wasting their time. I didn’t even take a minute of their time. The only nice person there was the girl who was actually performing the returns at the Amazon return booth. She’s so sweet and patient. I guess the old timers are fed up with life but why be in customer service if you have no ounce of empathy and patience. How gross!

LOW RENT Most in efficient Amazon returns...unable to scan QR codes so they have to MANUALLY look up every item...it's almost 2026 like that's INSANE to me! Jeff B. Please get these people together!! literally red haired manager came back and saw the line and said under her breathe...you shouldn't have bought all that stuff...INSTEAD of helping her employee or troubleshooting..the line wrapped around the aisles and some people said they'd been in line 30-45min without movement just absolutely unfortunate but a good way to prevent people from returning stuff

Its a good store for apparels but I have found that the stuff here hardly changes. The good thing about the store is that it has an amazon kiosk for returning it2ms to amazon. It gets crowded during festivals with some good deals. They have a good collection of watches, glasses and rings. I particularly love the kids apparel section and also the huge discounts they offer on shoes 👞. You may find some interesting in-store deals during Thanksgiving too. Their return section is usually crowded so do not visit the store for returns during peak hours and rather plan to go in afternoon during weekdays for the returns. They don't have good selection if toys and electronics so would not suggest visiting it for toys or electronics

The cashier insisted on the Kohl’s credit card many times even though I said I was not interested, didn’t feel comfortable.
