I just had a great experience (thank you Courtney!). I went in on a Saturday hoping to get my initials monogrammed on the tag. Courtney very quickly said she would be able to help me and got it done. Afterwards, she was talking me that they usually only offer that service Monday-Thursday, but since there was only me and maybe two other people in the store, she said it seemed unnecessary to turn me away and tell me to come back later when she was able to assist me then. I just got back home and had to give a review! Thanks again!

We've been to this location three times, and each time have thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Each associate we've shopped with (Erin, Courtney, and Abby) is SO helpful and knowledgeable. They know their brand, and make excellent suggestions! The Legacy West location is so worth the drive, and I can't wait to see what we find on my next visit.

Maddie is AMAZING! I work from home and wanted to send my coworkers who all live across the United States Christmas presents. I called and Maddie said she would take care of me! I came in and she wrapped each gift and made sure she sent me tracking numbers for all of my coworkers! Thank you so much Maddie! I appreciate you x1000!

The customer experience at Coach is bar none!!! Every single time, no matter the location, I am treated the same no matter what I buy, how much I spend, or if I even walk out with a bag. Besides the use of organic cotton and coachtopia, natural dyes, their values, etc, Coach is one of the few I will buy full priced items.

I visited a different location last week to pick up an online order. The experience was ok. I thought the associates could’ve been friendlier. But THIS LOCATION in Plano was phenomenal. I visited this past Saturday to pickup another online order. The staff was not only friendly but offered ideas for monogramming my bagtag. they offered ideas & told me the tags would be ready in 30 min. When I returned, they had gift wrapped the the particular tags I had mentioned were part of my daughter’s birthday. Such a kind & considerate gesture. I will return to this store in particular.

I initially spoke with Lindsay over the phone and she invited me to visit the store in person. I’m SO glad I did! Lindsay helped me in choosing the Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 28 (Color:Brass/Dark Stone), Erin did a lovely job gift wrapping, and Courtney was so attentive and helped me with customizing my hangtag. They REALLY provided great customer service, were so friendly and attentive, and made my birthday purchase that much more special! Highly recommend these amazing ladies and this location!

Went in for a shirt that I saw online. Erin, did a wonderful job helping us and showing us other items in the store. Great customer service and attention by her. Went in for one shirt came out with 2 and a pair of shoes haha. The only thing I wish this location had is a dressing room.
