We're exchange students from Korea. Even though it was late at night, the owner was incredibly kind and even recommended some cigars. Thank you so much!
They have a very nice, upscale lounge, with a couple of good areas to work or just hang out, along with a couple of screens to watch. The furnit is comfortable and well kept. Lockers are available. The humidor is not large, but it has a good selection. I like to spend an hour here whenever I have time in Norfolk.
The owner is wonderful, warm, and friendly. Cigar prices are reasonable. Location is fantastic in the heart of downtown Norfolk. There is plenty of space to enjoy food you have purchased from surrounding restaurants. You can also play pool! Many cigar events have been planned this year and I am certain 2025 will bring lots more! I'm including photos of the Grand Illumination Parade (Christmas) that passed right in front of the shop. Enjoyed great cigars with my son as we enjoyed the festivities.
I visited Magoo's Cigar Lounge located in Norfolk VA on 10/27/25. I travel to a lot of lounges, and this one gets 5 stars in all categories. Selection - 5, Atmosphere - 5, Ownership - 5. Owner was highly engaged with each customer that came through the door, whether they were a regular or new customer. He also knows his cigars, not just trying to up-sell you. I was visiting from Indianapolis and didn't have much time on my hands but if I lived in Norfolk, this would definitely be my home lounge. Hope to visit again real soon!!!! Great spot. Wonderful shop and the service from the Owner, John was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming man. Ended up staying for three whole sticks. The environment was just so welcoming! Shoutout to my boy John 👏👏
