They waited till I was gone and added $44 in gratuitities for two shots of schnapps and a bold rock bottle, and THEY closed the bar early. We are better than that. Like I told him if it's something you get away with one time if your goal was to make sure I never return? Check. Also, vibe check It's taken over by city males from Norfolk touching young girls for pay. At the moment,.none of my friends feel comfortable going there

I had an amazing time! The people were great, the atmosphere was electric, the bartenders were fun and made amazing drinks. Happy hour is soooo worth it and the food is so tasty! The music was good and I know where I’ll be every other Friday lol

The manager really goes above and beyond to take care of customers. His leadership sets the standard that his employees follow. He is visible, he knows the regulars by name, and he treats new customers like part of the family. All of the staff are courteous and provide the best service.

This review is focused on safety and professionalism. I understand establishments have the right to remove guests, but staff should still follow appropriate safety procedures and communication standards when doing so. In my situation, security was hostile outside the venue and the interaction felt intimidating rather than supportive. I reached out to management several times afterward to resolve the matter and received unprofessional responses. I asked for the names of the employees involved and was refused. Not a safe environment for women, and security needs to be looked into.

I was in line since 9:30 & I didn’t make it in until 10;40 . The amount of people that came much later than me & were able to skip because there friends were in line was unacceptable. They need to have people act farther point of the line to make sure because it’s really not fair to others

My first time coming to this place on Saturday January 17, 2026. Paid $50 to skip the long slow moving line purposely wrapped around the building. The bartenders were cool, but near the end of the night these two lesbian dudes started talking crap thinking I was trying to talk to their friend when I was only trying to get space at the bar to order. Apparently they knew the security staff and one white security guy came over claiming that I was talking to his "girlfriend ". He purposely escalated things and called like 5 other security guys over and they tried to aggressively kick me out when I wasn’t even resisting! Mind you they all are under 6 foot! Then there was a guy screaming in a high pitched sassy voice saying over and over that he was the owner while his unprofessional security team used all their resources to remove one man. This place sucks and I’ll probably be back!

Some of the workers here are racist INCLUDING THE OWNER! When leaving the bar I had a drink in my hand (holding it for my friend) not knowing drinks couldn’t go out (some places let you take them) a security guard (African American male) shifted me back and told me I couldn’t take it. So I said okay it’s my friend drink I’ll pass it to her to see what she wants to do. She wanted to drink it. So she stayed and drank it, the security guards were saying to step out of the walkway so we did. She drank the drink halfway and couldn’t finish it so she asked me to finish it for her and passed me the cup (mind you we are standing closer to the African American guards) as I get ready to put the cup to my mouth a guard (white) comes up behind me and smacks the cup out my hand into the trash can! My friend facing me sees it and begins to argue with him due to this being extremely rude and uncalled for! He then pushes her with force. The owner then comes out not really knowing what happened and starts yelling and fussing at us so when then start fussing back because at least get the full story first before picking sides! Overall that was my second and last time going there the whole situation was unnecessary. Mind you the African American guards were laughing and playing with us so we clearly weren’t doing anything wrong.
