I recently bought a couch and a set of cabinets from this store, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure I found exactly what I needed. The quality of the furniture is solid and the pricing was fair. I’m really happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. Highly recommend.

Good customer service and great people to do business with. We encountered several of the store members during our multiple visits and over the phone, and never felt pressured or ignored. Every one of them was very helpful and personable. Good quality furniture at a much more reasonable price compared to some of the other furniture stores in the area. We were in need of a bedroom set for my son who was coming home from having a heart transplant. Jacob was very helpful with guiding us through all the choices and we ordered one. They were very good about communication and setting up delivery. Willard the delivery man was very personable and contacted us with times he would be coming. All the furniture was not in before my son came home but they did have his bed and agreed to coming to set that up so my son could get back into his bedroom. They made 2 trips to deliver. They even sent my son a beautiful insulated cup with his name inscribed and a picture of a heart. They went above and beyond and during this tough time that was such a blessing. They have my business forever now!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

My wife and I needed a dining table ASAP after an unexpected situation, and Jacob was incredibly helpful. He guided us to the perfect one, and we were able to take it home the same day—along with a beautiful area rug and a solid warranty. The entire experience was smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. If you’re shopping for furniture, start here first!

Melissa was super tentative and polite, she helped us with our couch choice-she gave us a better picture of what it would look like in our house. She was informative on the couch materials, 10/10 would recommend!

I will say my experience started off bad.. After speaking with a sales representative on messenger about a couch they had advertised, I was told and reassured that this couch would be at the Chesapeake location, so, we drove over an hour hauling a trailer behind us to go pick it up… big surprise, they didn’t have it there. The lady in the store was very apologetic and tried so hard to find us a different couch which was either out of our price range or not at all what we were looking for. We were finally ready to leave after an hour of looking when she asked if she could show us one more option… she brings us to a couch they weren’t going to be getting any more and made us a great deal! Six months later I can say this is the best couch I have ever owned. I get compliments on it by everyone who sits on it and it is holding up very nicely! I absolutely love the angled oversized seat on the end. I would really love to get more pieces to this couch!
