Stu and another salesman (who looks just like Ice-T!) greeted me with warmth and kindness. I shared my vision, and they patiently walked me through every option within my budget. They educated me on cushions, apartment sofa sizing, and the protection plan since I was purchasing a white couch. They even advised me on how to maximize my investment. Before finalizing my decision, I briefly stopped at another furniture store and was not greeted or assisted at all. It made me realize how blessed I was to be in an environment where hospitality and service still matter. I actually used that moment as a teachable lesson for my son. I explained to him that sometimes people can brag about quality or what they offer, but what truly makes the difference is how they make you feel. Excellence is not just about the product. Had support from Scott Cogar! He was exceptional and helped my wife and I buy our first modular couch from Rooms To Go in Newport News VA. We are so excited to try it out with our newborn baby. My experience here today (2.14.2026) was nothing short of AMAZING! Mr. Tracy thoroughly explained everything about the furniture I chose. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his help and support as I was trying to make a decision on what I wanted. He didn’t rush me and his customer service was top tier! I am so grateful to have worked with him. Every time I have gone here, I have received a welcoming face from the entrance! Every single staff there was pleasant and friendly! I definitely made a GREAT decision choosing them! Don’t waste your money! Their furniture is cheaply made! I bought a living room suite 3 years ago and it broke! Not to mention it’s not very study either! Spend the extra money and go to a real furniture store who values quality over quantity unless you are okay with your stuff only lasting 3 years.
