Macy's

I recently had an unpleasant experience with an associate in the fragrance section. I noticed another customer mentioned a similar issue online, which makes me think this might be an ongoing problem. I just wanted to share my feedback so it can be addressed, customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable when testing products.

The employee named, Troy is an amazing guy. I came in late trying to find a suit. He had helped me out trying the best and what good for me. I appreciate him for doing that especially when it was about to closed.

The black woman in the jewelry department was extremely rude. I asked if the watches were on sale to clarify and she walked over to the section so she can see that there wasn’t a sign with a price on them. She said "exactly, just the side with wristbands are on sale" with an attitude and slammed the door to her area and got back on her personal phone.

Inside the PHM clean, organized with the racks neatly stocked. End caps and displays properly fronted. Courteous staff helpful and present without hovering. Immediate assistance at the checkout counter. As soon as I stepped to it a CSR was just steps away. Again helpful but of course like everywhere they want your info so you get more emails and text messages. You can opt out of course. The Backstage is their answer to clearance. All nicely organized as if it was regularly price merchandise. No bins, no open or leaking containers. And true clearance prices not marked up to take 75% off. I got a jumbo bottle of designer body scrub for $5.99 I'll be back.

Extremely helpful staff, however the selection of shoes and ladies apparel not as extensive as other Macy's.

The employees are always helpful, the space immaculately clean and the linens and bedding are very nice - we steer clear of the perfume area .. it’s VCT a bit overpowering

My son was looking for a new mattress and he found a great Labor Day sale. Alphonso was the sales associate that helped him. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress and professional, friendly, very nice man. This was at 2:07pm 8/30/25 Patrick Henry Mall Macys. Thank You Alphonso.
