Sam's Club

My first time to shop at Sam's. I was impressed with the wide variety of choices on display. I thought I could find almost everything that I needed whether in bulk or smaller portion items. I know that I'll be back soon.

Great Sam's club. They have a huge selection of everything you need for home or business. And the best part is that you can get in and out faster then Costco. Plenty of parking. Don't have to show your membership and wait in line to get into the store. They have Scan and go app so you don't have to wait in line to check out. They have automated arches when leaving the door so you don't have to get your receipt scanned and checked. And they will you even have your items pulled and ready and put into your car for you if you order ahead. And they have better prices as well. They might be a little bit out of the way but overall it is a faster shopping trip than Costco if you add up all the time you wait in line at Costco. Faster, better prices, Scan and go, and in car delivery. With that winning combination. I choose Sam's club over Costco any day of the week. Additional, note. Their pizzas are only $8.98 they have four meat, cheese, or pepperoni. Hot and ready to go. 9.00 to feed a family of 4 is a great deal. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Just had the absolute worst experience at the café. I ordered my pizza through the app while I was shopping and I still had to wait nearly 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready after i showed up. They forgot about me twice and kept telling me it "would be right out". Its a Friday evening and the store is not busy whatsoever. All the employees had earphones on and did not know how to communicate or multitask. Management, please talk to Kevin, Tovar and the blonde woman working the shift on 3/6/26 around 730pm. They need a refresher in customer service.

The door greeter Gershom is my favorite part of my shopping experience. I love scan and go competer doesn’t offer that. Super convenient and short gas lines. I get cash back regularly with my Sam’s higher tier membership and even more with my Sam’s credit card. 😊

I've been working in logistics for eight years, and this has happened to me for the first time in my life. The warehouse manager tells me that if a truck from company fresh arrives, you have to move your truck to unload it first that truck, Because management said that their trucks had to be unloaded without waiting in line. even though they made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I'm shocked. Truck drivers, avoid this place.

Awful curbside experience… arrived at 9, marked my arrival. Curbside employees chosen to incorrectly mark my order as "picked up", at 906am…… a complete lie. I was in the spot, waiting. No one came out. At 920am, i flagged an employee and asked where my order was. He went back and grabbed it, which was at 929am, when I received it. I’m sure they lie about giving people their orders, so it doesn’t affect their metrics in the warehouse for taking too long. But that’s unacceptable because you are saying you gave someone their items when you did not. If there’s an issue, the store can claim they delivered it, when they did NOT. Teaching your employees to behave unethically and lie? At a member based club? That literally CHARGES an additional fee just for curbside? Is literally absurd. I will never use their curbside again. 0/10, steer clear from this location.

SELECT Sam's locations (including Santa Clarita) has now eliminated a live clerk, to take and pay for snack bar/cafeteria orders. Instead, they require you to have a mobile smart computer device, load their APP, to place an order. Very sad for Seniors, young children who do not have a smartphone, or a may have a basic dumb phone device instead. I recommend you join me at the Costco 2.3 miles away, who have kiosks, and a still hS a live cashier who still accepts cash, at their Cafe stand. Note, was just at Sam's in Bullhead City, a month after institution/enactment of this so called New nationwide policy, and nothing has changed there, they still have a cashier taking cash...
