We have bought many items from Royal Suites, and been happy before, but this was the first time we needed to act upon the upgraded warranty (an additional $299.). So, we paid $3,165. for a dining table and then paid for the extended warranty. The table base began to split between the legs and the warranty was honored, but when they came to deliver it, we were told we had to pay $100. for delivery. I was never told this before and called Royal Suites only to get a cold answer that there was a delivery fee and I had to pay it. Better customer service would have included replacement and delivery for an item that was defective. Sad to see them lose a customer over this but I will take my business to the Design Center from now on!

I had to furnish a 4000 sq. ft. out of state home and FAST. The only way to do it and do it right was to work with the ARS team. Within 10 days we had a custom made sectional and a semi truck on the road filled to the brim with special ordered and in stock furnishings. They worked fast and efficiently AND at the best prices to furnish this special home. I can always count on Norb and his team!

Very nice custom furniture store in the SCV. The general manager, Scott and one of the salesmen, Winston are both very kind and helpful. I enjoyed working with them. Scott is very knowledgeable in his design recommendations and helped us create the perfect couch for our space. Nice locally owned business 🙂 we loved the military flags outside the door too!

Absolutely love this place! Of all the places across the country that I have purchased from, A Royal Suite performed above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Winston knows the product well and is a very good with custom configuration and custom built furniture. Recommended 100%

I am a bit disappointed on how ridiculous the price had gotten when we got the sofa. It’s a nice sofa but I feel like it felt different with the one in the store. It was initially $700 something when we inquired but when we got there to purchase it racked up to $900+ and they said it’s due to the tariffs. But okay. Not the best sofa for the price though. You could get a $900 sofa thats so much better.

I have been to multiple furniture stores. The main reason I came back to purchase my Sofa and Love Seat is due to the excellent customer service received by sales rep Winston Guerrero and the owner Norb. Above and beyond on every level! Will definitely recommend them for future purchases.
