A wonderful store to visit. Mark, the salesman was very low key and helpful. Gave me plenty of time to browse without hovering over me. There are so many leather sofas and loveseats to choose from and an array of color selections. For all things leather go to Arizona Leather Interiors. They have been in business since 1991 and are still going strong. One of the few stores in the Valley to carry Natuzzi Italian Leather.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. High pressure sales. AZ Leathers are made in CA, so their name is deceptive to start. One cushion wore out in less than a year. Their repair rep came out as two of the sections would not stay hooked together, and the wood support broke. They replaced the hardware. We also showed him how saggy one of the cushions had become. He told us to wait a month and then call for repair. He came out a second time and said he would recommend the cushion be replaced. The company refused. They called it "normal wear." I have never owned an expensive piece of furniture before, and I have never owned a chair or couch that lasted less than 15 years until now. We bought this thinking it would outlast us. If we sit too close to the same section with the worn cushion, the legs go up and down as the button to control the legs is placed too high on the side, so any weight in that area activates the switch. I am embarrassed to say what we spent for this sectional, but after 50 years of marriage, this is the WORST piece of furniture I have ever owned. We expected this to last the rest of our lives. Instead it's lasted a year.

I want to share that Mark & Mike did an amazing job guiding us thru the order process. Very pleasurable to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on construction and available options. We have been looking at options for months but it was the professionalism that closed the deal. That being said we are only reviewing the sales process so far. The good news is that the 2 Sofas being replaced were from them almost 11 year’s ago so not to worried about quality. Not to mention those sofas are just going to a spare room so still top quality.

Mike was fantastic with us through the whole process of picking out our new leather recliner chair. He is very knowledgeable regarding the ALL of the product choices including features of the chair and grades and colors of the leathers, and a pleasant and cheerful personality. We will be very happy with our new investment when it comes to us, and he made the whole experience comfortable and pleasurable. Arizona Leather is the place to go for comfortable, quality furniture. We are very happy with the four club chairs and love seat we ordered. Delivery time quoted was, I believe, 10 weeks but with the Corona Virus hitting at the exact time we placed our order, it took more than 10 weeks. Of course this was understandable and beyond their control. Gary was always friendly and helpful as well as other sales people with which we had contact. Even the delivery men were great. There was a generous selection of leather grades and colors. I would shop with them again and can recommend the store with no hesitation.

This review is only on the help and support before the sale. The sofas and chairs will not be delivered for approximately 8 weeks. I will start by saying we've bought and owned premium custom leather furniture for 25 years. I'm detail oriented and I have built good depth of knowledge on leather furniture. Mike, the store manager in south Tempe has amazing depth of knowledge, and he never said anything inaccurate or false. We was incredibly patient as it took us over a month to finalize on materials. He also stayed past closing more than once. I can't say enough good things about Mike at AZ Leather interiors. 5 Stars. Now to get the furniture 🙂

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person, Mike Musa showed us around the showroom, asked us what our likes and dislikes are, and helped us answer our questions regarding construction and foam types leading to longevity and comfort. Mike had us try the different foam densities and look at individual cushions vs single cushions. Mike also showed us and explained to us the many leather qualities available. Our family room couch and love seat arrived last week and they were perfect; in both looks and comfort.
