Paola was a rockstar!!! She walked me all over the store had great recommendations and knowledge of all of the products! We had a first class experience she deserves a raise! We also met with one of the supervisors Kat and she continued the excellent customer experience!!! This was one of the best experience buying furniture that I’ve ever had! I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone in the market!!!these are the items I purchased today!!! Thank you Paola and Kat!!!!

I am in love with the new furniture we bought at Jerome!s. The dining room set is so beautiful and upscales the look of kitchen area, so is the couch with the chase. We looked at so many items and came back several times before we decided to buy and the sales Rep was always helpful and friendly.

We were shopping for a dining table and Jerome’s was the first store we went to. We were greeted by Jordan he was attentive and helpful. Since it was our first store we left and shopped 6 other stores and decided to make our purchase at Jerome’s. Was greeted by Patricia Lopez and since Jordan was off she assisted with our purchase. Such a sweetheart. She even told cashier who took our payment about 100.00 discount we knew nothing about. We will definitely refer our friends and family to shop here ❤️

Went to a couple different furniture places today and Jerome's selection had more items we liked versus other big box furniture stores. Also, the representative named Woody was excellent. Respectful, kind, and above all helpful - went out of his way to make sure we were greeted. When we first walked into the store, there was another representative women that completely passed us by to greet the people behind us. Woody chased us down to ensure we knew to reach out to him if we needed help - and we sure did! As soon as we found what we wanted, we looked for Woody to purchase a living room set. Woody was quick and straight to the point. Couldn't be happier.

Spent 7 Thousand Dollars on this leather sectional. It's falling apart in less than 1/2 year. Jeromes sends a tech out over a month ago. My husband and I visited the store to see if anything would fit our living room look and nothing does! Management promises to get back and they never do!!!! They discontinued the style and I asked for return my money AND return extended warranty monies since they would never be able to take care of us. STILL a month after tech and visits and getting the complete run around! Btw, we spent close to 25 thousand dollars and they still don't care! Upon delivery of other items, they delivered damaged things numerous times! This is INSANE! Back in the day, you could speak with corporate office and they gave great service. I had to call manufacturer directly before to get help. Hopefully, Jerry cares. Jerry doesn't care! They responded asking ME to TEXT or Call. They should be calling me to rectify the situation. That wasn't offered!!!!! BUYER BEWARE! Go to Mathis Bros. They take care of you immediately and professionally!

Jordan (sales rep) and Christy (manager) were amazing! Jordan was very honest in answering my questions about the quality of the furniture I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable of the products sold there, as well as well as the sales going on at the time (Black Friday Weekend). He carried two different dining room chairs, at different times, all the way across the store, so I could compare the seat color of the chairs with my color choice of the living room set we decided on. We got a great deal on great quality furniture. I highly recommend Jerome’s and our sales rep, Jordan.

Went in to look at recliners and couches and from prior furniture shopping I was thinking the staff are going to bug me and not let me look. George the sales man was awesome. He showed me what I was looking for left me alone but would check on me . He answered my questions and gave me no pressure to buy but I did buy a couch set . Thank you George for making my purchase hassle free and easy .
