Please be aware of their strict return policy. I bought some early birthday presents and they ended up be duplicates of what they already got and they would not let me return the items because the were past 90 days. Even though they are still in the packaging and in perfect condition. I would understand special order items, but this was not the case.

This location has their operation figured out. Very organized. I came from out of town to pick up a grill that my local store didn’t have and apparently couldn’t figure out how to store transfer. I was welcomed by several team members who were expecting me and specifically directed me where I needed to go every step of the way. Great job and thank you all.

Really happy with my experience at Fleet Farm today. I found exactly what I was looking for on their website, and the item cost much less than I thought it would. Two super friendly staff members helped me. One gave me directions to the pick-up location, and another loaded my heavy goods into the back of my truck.

Cheyenne, Sarah and Jackie reached out to us while we were shopping to make sure we had everything we needed. Either we looked lost or this store has the most exceptional customer service. Either way everyone who helped us was genuine and went above and beyond. Truly impressed.

Always disappointed walking into the store, No one ever working in the outdoor section tonight there was About 12 people looking at guns, fishing equipment and another hunting equipment and nobody working anywhere. When we finally did get somebody up, they were completely knowledgeable about basically everything back there. Then I asked for a specific product that the website said that they had in stock turns out they were out of stock. I have no clue how the store even stays in business or a profitable. There’s a lot more things I could say about the store, but I think I got my point across

Great store to save money make sure you do the rewards program. Sometime the items on sale are missing tags so double check your app but all in all Great store. Overpriced if you dont join rewards
