Macy's

I love the selection of colognes and how they present it where you can smell it yourself very convenient. Prices are not the cheapest but at least you can try out the scent before you buy them.

Made a last-minute trip to Macy’s to get a suit for my son. Matt, Made our experience, exceptional. Very helpful! He helped us get him measured up and assisted him finding a shirt that fits properly a suit, pants, shoes & tie. The whole 9 yards! Thanks the for exceptional Customer Service!!!

Janet at the Customer Service desk consistently provides outstanding service. She makes the process of buying and returning items a seamless effort. Her remarkable ability to recall customer details demonstrates a genuine commitment to personalized care. While I have occasionally been disappointed with Macy's, having a stellar individual like Janet significantly helps to offset those shortcomings.

I love the idea of Macy's. I order online intermittently and visit the store on occasion and the product quality is usually great. If there's ever an issue, their great customer service associates step in and make things right. However, this particular store location lacks the attention to updates and interior modernization that other Macy's stores and other department stores (cough, see Dillard's in the same mall for the more modern department store experience) are expected to have in 2025 to try to remain competitive and relevant. I visited the store in person a few days ago, and it was improved over the visit I had there probably a year or more ago on a rainy day. The rainy day at that time resulted in a great many bins, buckets and basins catching the rainy water leaking from the ceiling throughout the store (honestly, it was nuts, avoid on a rainy day, never been in a business with that many roof leaks, especially a Macy's!). That might be fixed by this point, but be aware it may remain a problem. Synopsis: Employees and quality of products are fine and as expected; if you lower your expectations for the physical store itself, you'll be fine. Macy's-if you read this, please consider picking up your game of the physical store in Sioux Falls. 1988 has come and gone; some additional remodeling and you could easily be the segment leader in the community!

Lovely! But of course so expensive and regular people can never afford it lol. But it was cool to see the fancy name brands, jewelry , purses, and shoes

We had good help from staff but in the end we were unable to find what we needed as they didn't have the size we were looking for.
