Burlington
Burlington in Corona offers a clean and organized shopping environment, with a good selection of products at competitive prices. The presence of a guard at the entrance ensures a secure shopping experience. However, the store's restrooms are notably unpleasant, lacking basic amenities and cleanliness. Additionally, customer service can be inconsistent, with some staff members displaying unprofessional behavior.
While the store has made improvements in stock and organization, long wait times at the cashier and occasional rude interactions with staff can detract from the overall experience. Despite these issues, Burlington remains a viable option for those seeking affordable and varied merchandise, particularly during the holiday season.

I was very surprised!!! This place was clean, and organized. I love having the guard at the door because I am SO tired of low life's stealing arm loads of products. Prices were good and selection was decent.
I called and asked if they had a good amount of cozy and warm jackets and hoodies in stock and they said no, only sports and active wear jackets. 😭😭what kind of coat factory is this Update - friend suggested we still go in and their were rows upon rows of them everywhere.lol Response to owner - what I called and ask for was in stock, the cashier was just being rude and sarcastic which I found out when I came in because she continued her behavior in person.
Good prices and nice clothes tho only bad thing is the restrooms are nasty and ugly. no toilet paper and smell so bad we are customers and we need some times go to the restrooms and why put lock on the restrooms? Why not put one person outside to watch if the customers dont take things for the restrooms?we can leave the carts outside no all the clients are shoplifters. I have 16 years buying in that store ..
Very bad customer service, unprofessional manager that can't manage hoid customer service. The cashier's wait time is more than 50 minutes. They need to hire more cashiers and train them to be fast
The store has definitely improved since the last time I was in. More stock, less messy. However there was an older/elderly employee (I assume manager) who was incredibly rude to me and the employee helping me at the cash register today. I was buying two small trash cans and I denied a bag. The woman came up and touched my cart, so I smiled and thanked her (believing she was removing it for me). Instead she looked at me with a dead stare, turned her gaze to the cashier, aggressively grabbed a bag and forced it into her hands, demanding she put the trash cans (which were already in my arms) in the bag. I didn’t want to waste plastic, as I was parked very close, and was already holding the dang things, but the unpleasantness of this woman seemed like it wouldn't be worth arguing. I apologized to the cashier because I know how these employers are. Looking for things to insult/pick on for no reason other than boredom and ego.
Prices and selections are good. The store is a constant mess, though, and the lines are ridiculous!! Knowing that it's the holidays, you would think they would add some extra cashiers. And make sure you really want it because if you need to return it you need to get in the same line for the cashiers. Both times here recently have left me waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 2 cashiers working. Come on, guys. You know it's the holidays get with the program. And clean up the store a little. It doesn't need to be this messy all the time.
NEVER AGAIN!!! Stood in line for almost an hour before I was able to pay for my items. Only 2 cashiers open for the three row line and to top it off cashiers were SOOOO SUPER SLOW took 15 min per customer in between walking to get one bag at at time, yawning and trying to get themselves together it was ridiculous.
