The Peep Hole

Dear Owners, Thank you for operating The Peephole! I've been a customer for nearly 10 years now and wanted to offer some thanks and feedback. Thank you for renovating the arcade and also for stocking the booths with paper towels. I was surprised that your renovations did not include converting any of the solo booths into Gloryhole booths. Nealy 100% of the time, people are waiting in the hallways for an GH room, and nearly 100% of the solo booths are unoccupied. Have you considered adding more GH rooms? You might double your arcade income:) Also, your employees are WONDERFUL and I really appreciate their courteous kindness-- except for the two women who are in perpetual contempt of every customer in every moment and in every interaction. They always work together and both of them have denied giving me change for a new $50 bill to spend in your store when I'm the only customer at the desk. If I see they are working, I drive away. I don't need a Walmart greeter, but I won't tolerate nastiness, contempt, or disdain. They both treat me and other arcade customers like filthy scum not worth their breath or eye contact and I am boggled beyond belief why they are on your team. I would literally consider VOLUNTEERING 5 hours a week if it meant I could enjoy your store without ever having to be in their presence.

Great place and great staff but portland guys are just so awkward and boring it ruins it haha! Im just on a trip here but cannot wait to go back to my city where guys actually do stuff

This place is horrible got asked to leave for waiting in the room to get head and the guy said pay for your room or leave he comes to the door and knocks I'm the room waiting patiently for some head I'm thinking to myself but it's free what am I doing wrong not a got spot to go to and the 2 guys that were there horrible employees I found a new glory spot no need to go back to this one very trash it gets a 1 from me

I go to this place around 6:15am and is this Guy was bad attitude I just ordered some gummies and when I'm about to pay to give me the gummies and he has my debit card and he Tell me with Really Bad attitude not to open the package When all I did grabbed the package and I told the guy that he was going to say something to me to do it on a nice way if if he had a bad night it was not my problem I would say bad customer service

Pathetic for couples. We thought we found a great spot, until one security guard decided to power tripping and 86 us for nothing.... because of our attitude? She tried to open our arcade door(I understand people try to open it but it was her) we had paid and our light showed that.... she was the only one out there and tried to apologize but I mentioned we are paying customers and she didn't have to do that. Tried to come back and she was a power tripping fool.... wouldn't have a conversation, just said my and my wife's pictures would be plastered everywhere. Pathetic and you will feel the wraith of this power tripping mess. Paying customers, a couple who can help the cash flow, 86ed for absolutely nothing... wow.

Great place for a couple you can preview movies in a room that's private for 2 and a half hours for 10 bucks...very fun and new experience

I've been to this place a few times, but not many and the employees were exceptionally polite and helpful with advice on lubes and toys. Very polite and gay friendly. The arcade is very clean dispite some of the negative reviews. When I use the arcade I do as you should and continuously feed money into the machines. I'd like a way of paying for the space and not being rude. I've enjoyed the social aspects and some interactions with other gay friendly customers. I'd enjoy speaking with others who are interested in sending me an email about their experiences at The Peep Hole.
