Nibsy's Pub

One of my favorite spots to bring the friends, bring the family, and enjoy a classic bar. Over the years the food has never missed (photos are from current-3years ago). Bartenders always attentive, and the owner is a class act. I would recommended the buffalo dry rub wings, always make sure to check the specials out 🤌🏻🤌🏻🫡.

Today my experience was surprisingly terrible. I brought the guys in from work to have lunch and I can say they were left wanting. The burgers were ordered with lettuce tomato and onions but came with nothing but a burger on a bun....???? Also we're supposed to be cooked medium rare but we're well done at the least. Their sides were Mac and cheese and fries. Both of which were cold. I'm shocked as the last time I came it was much much better. Maybe the cook, maybe the bartender hanging out in her own world. Who knows. I'll be back to try it again in the future and hopefully it's back to normal.

Friendly,cozy Tipp Hill pub serving top notch wings,pizza etc. Perfect spot for an after work beer or meetup to watch the big game

Well, I got the chicken Riggies Only one problem there was no chicken in it!!! Really I paid $15 for pasta and sauce. They better step it up. I will never order from her again.

Food review: I will start off by saying that for at least 20 years I have always said that Nibsy's has some of the best chicken wings in Syracuse. I stopped in the other night with a friend from out of town who was craving some of their wings and we were pretty disappointed. The wings were not very crispy yet they were a bit on the dry side like they would be if they were overcooked. The pizza was never the "best" in the area but it was always in the realm of acceptable and served it purpose as decent pub food. The pizza we had the other night was sadly on a level of grocery store frozen pizza. I really hope it just an off night and this isn't a glimpse of the future Nibsy's.

Waited an hour for food on multiple occasions. The bartenders kept running back to the kitchen but our meal was just sitting there on the counter. This happened twice. Was charged for a side salad and not provided the salad. Everything cold. The food is great but the staff are highly disorganized. Decided to try it again but it's not worth the hassle with rude bartenders and waiting forever for your meal.
