Ross Dress for Less

I don’t know what happened to this store :/ I believe they went under new management or something but you can tell the employees are miserable. Came here during a rush and this women I didn’t get her name but she was an older short I believe she was Arabic or something was scolding employees in front of customers, which made all the customers visibly uncomfortable. This isn’t the fist time this happened another time I went someone I believe was a manager, her name was Bobby was yelling at employees threatening them with their job mind you this is in front of customers. There was also a new employee that was training that she was getting frustrated with and yelling at them. This is Ross I don’t understand why a job would ever be that serious especially to belittle people.

I’m writing this review for Jasmine, the tatted lady. I work at the nearby Target Optical, and I asked if I could place items on hold after my lunch alarm went off on me, but she was kind enough to simply check me out despite the long line. Thank you, Jasmine!

Ok...great selection and very organized. Probably the most organized I have ever seen a Ross. All was good up until they announced that they were closing. That's when the Assistant manager or whoever this young kid thought he was, telling my husband he needs to get up front. Then he makes his way over to me where I was just putting a few things back and I noticed him following me up front. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! VERY RUDE!!!!😡😡😡😡 We were both pretty upset with the treatment we were receiving when the very polite and respectful security guard came up to us and explained the reason to why we needed to head up so quickly. Very thoughtful to explain the reason behind it all. But the treatment we received prior was uncalled for.

This Ross store is very clean and has a great selection. I always find something when I shop here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The aisles are to narrow to allow for wheelchairs. The items are all over the place. It looks to be only too people working in the whole store. The worst part is the line. You would think for a busy Saturday they would have more cashiers. It takes 30 mins to get though the line. The two people are doing there best but dang that's bad. I will not be going back.

Shopping at Roos Store was quick and easy. The store is well-organized, offers a good variety, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.

The older woman here (working on a Wednesday) is incredibly rude. Marley, a new employee, was very nice. However, the old woman was so rude that I took my shopping elsewhere- when I was just looking for help finding a price tag, she had an attitude and made me feel unwelcomed. Not kind. Not friendly. Definitely shouldn't be working in retail. Especially when a mom with a toddler comes in looking for help. Not a good or kind human. Just on a power trip at Ross.
