We purchased a floor model couch for $1,100. The staff wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into our truck for us. When we got home and removed the plastic, we discovered a hole in the arm of the couch. The damage was there before we even had a chance to use it. When we contacted the store, they told us it must have happened during transport and said it wasn’t their responsibility. No help, solution, or goodwill was offered. For spending this much money, I expected better quality control and customer service. Extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend purchasing floor models from this store.

We got our dining table and couch here, and Todd was amazing to work with. We honestly just went in for some window shopping, but with his help (and the great prices) we ended up buying both pieces. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was—he even turned off the store lights so we could see the true color of the couch in natural daylight. Super helpful, easy experience and great prices.

Love this store! I am 7 months pregnant with twins and have been seeking an affordable leather electric recliner with big enough armrests for 2 babies. I was also advised to get one that rocks, but after months of searching, I was convinced there was no way I could get one that meets all the criteria. I have been having a lot of pain, so I knew I couldn’t buy one online since I needed to try sitting in it. I even tried a recliner at another store that went for over $1k to see if money was the problem. Nope! It wasn’t even that comfortable. But I was able to find exactly what I wanted for a great price at this store. COMFORTABLE, electric, wide arms, leather, and rocking! They were great about being helpful without being pushy like some other places. Super thoughtful with bringing us water and offering us ice cream. They wrapped the recliner and packed our van for us too. The recliner has quickly become a favorite with all members of the household.

Absolutely amazing store! Todd was incredibly helpful and the pricing could not be beat. We purchased a very comfortable couch and came back to buy a dresser and a chair. 10/10 recommend!
