This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with everything! Their food was so good! I had the Buffalo Chicken Sliders and Southwest Chili. The chili was a bit saltier than I would have liked but it still worked. It came with a slice of corn bread and even that was amazing! 🤤 The bartenders were super nice and attentive, the decor is cool and the vibe was perfect. They have a patio in the back where you can play pool and board games. However, there's no music back there to respect the residents in the neighbourhood. I will definitely come back to try out their other dishes!

A great neighborhood spot! They have a huge patio with pool tables and plenty of seating inside too. The service has always been great. Super friendly and knowledgeable bartenders, that make an effort to make you feel right at home. Food is better than it has a right to be. Chicken sandwich is my fave and they just added fried pickles! Definitely would recommend for a night out with the girls or a fun place to watch NFL games!

My favorite neighborhood bar! Love to watch the football games here (Eagles/Lions/Bills bar), food and drinks are fantastic and not overly priced like a lot of the bars in Silverlake. Pool tables and a quiet outdoor patio in the back. Our work Christmas party was also hosted here and the owners Matt and Trey were incredible. Great customer service from the top down! Parking is usually pretty easy to find on the streets, but sunset is metered. Easy to catch a bus or walk to the nearby metro station too.

Came here on a Friday night on a date and it wasn’t too packed. Seats were almost full but we found a table in the back and it was perfect. I loved the lighting the neon type lights and the atmosphere was chill. I ordered drinks and they were good! I had the Marlboro man and rick daltons big mistake both bourbon and more on the heavier side (they’re not sweet drinks). The highlight of this place was the food. We ordered cowboy queso fries and they were the best chili cheese fries we’ve had… The fries were drenched as they say on their menu with cheese! They use fresh jalapeños that give it a 🥊. We couldn’t stop eating them! We also had buffalo wings and they were nice and crispy. I deff want to come back here it is my type of bar.

Drugstore Cowboy is a bar I end up recommending a lot. The food is solid, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the vibe is easy to settle into. Matt and Tre behind the bar do a great job and make the place feel welcoming. My go to order is the chicken wings, extra crispy with the sauce on the side. Always fire. Even when it’s busy, it never feels stressful. There’s usually a way to jump into a game of pool, meet people, and actually hang out instead of just standing around. They show all the sporting events and karaoke night is popping, which makes it easy to come for one thing and end up staying way longer.

Boy howdy!! What a fun place!! We came here a few days ago in search of some noms. Our bartender, Alex, was a delight. We got the meatballs which were just what we needed. He then told us to come back on Tuesday for Trivia night... soooo we did! Tuesday is also taco tuesday night, and the carnitas and carne asada were pretty frickin' awesome. I would recommend asking for doubling up on the corn tortillas as they kinda fell apart, but with two corn tortillas? Perfection!! It's a hard balance to get the crispy outside and tender inside of carnitas, but they nailed it. The they somehow managed to spice the carne asada just right. They also had really nice $6 margaritas all night which was a treat. Our other bartender, Peter, was also pretty frickin' rad. The trivia night started at 7pm (and would recommend coming early as happy hours ends at 7pm and their special cocktail menu is just $10 and is a steal for how good they are). It was put on my Lucky Guess Trivia and while it was a little bit complicated to understand how their game worked, once we got the hang of it, it was a lot of fun. While you get to go and try to figure out the answers, they play songs which are hints, which was a fun surprise. Did we come up dead last? Sure. But it was just to two of us. But we had a great time. They also have free pool on Tuesday nights and an amazing backyard patio where the pool tables are where you can smoke cigs too which is a nice feature. We can't wait to come back next time we are in town. Tuesday seems like the place to be here. Trivia was all over the map. Bring a team. Super fun. Edit : Also, the trivia was at the best volume. The hostess was super helpful as their trivia is a bit tricky to get at first. Their food and drink menu might be the best design I've ever seen. Super slick.
