I ordered from this place and spent $180.41. I was not pleased and offered a store credit or a full refund. Of course, I chose a full refund. I sent the products back and the never refunded me. I've been going to this store for almost 20 years. My favorite store when I'm back at home but like everything else I see sometimes things go left. This has been going on since the end of September beginning of October. Shameful! They said thank you for sending the merchandise back and kept my money!!! FYI, when you order online it has nothing to do with the store. You have to email corporate. I wasn't successful at all with the calls. Also, your tracking number is extremely important when rejecting or sending a package back. Update: I was finally compensated with an apology. It's only right to update their review. I got in touch with corporate and they handled it immediately. I had a full refund the same if not the next day. Thank you.

Felt like a burden asking questions. I bought a costume part. (Fishnets) so I asked the front receptionist if I can get 20% off. She had a slick remark. Like Why would I do that for you? Super rude and felt racially profiled. Never will be back. Felt like I was getting free stuff or something , like unimportant . Two front receptionist was having a jolly time laughing at who knows what .

I would give zero stars if possible. Went to the store today around 3:30 with my partner. We checked in, showed our IT'S. The second we get past the check in desk, we are being followed throughout the entire store by 3 different employees. No matter where we went, they followed us. Literally breathing down our necks. We go upstairs and for ZERO reason whatsoever, we not only have the employees following us but now they've added security to follow us as well. We were both looking to make purchases, but because of the harassment we just left. We will be taking our business to pinkcherry and Adam & Eve. Thank you for ruining a first experience by having judgmental staff. We were the only ones in there with tattoos. The second we walked in we were being stalked. Not worth the hassle. Save your money, buy cheaper online.

Bella was incredibly helpful and informative. She helped me and my partner find everything we were looking for without feeling uncomfortable for asking questions. Everyone else ive interacted with was great too, I just didn't catch their names. Wonderful stock and staff, definitely give them a try

Very nice adult store. It was our first time here. Surprised at how large the store is with its vast amount of inventory. We spent quite a bit of money as we made several purchases and ate very happy with all of them. If we lived closer we would definitely go more often.

Let me tell you of my experience today 8/24/25 around 3pm. I visited the Orlando location today with my partner. I've visited the establishment before but it was my partners first time going to an adult store in general. I was very excited to introduce him to the store since in my opinion it was a safe place for the kink community. I was mistaken. The moment we passed check in we got clocked by a female brunette employee wearing a bandana flannel shirt and baggie clothes. We had just crossed the threshold after showing our IDs and immediately we started being followed by this employee. Again it is my partner's first time in an adult store, he uses websites to purchase our adult toys. I'm a firm advocate of supporting small local businesses, so I suggested we visit fairvilla. We are autistic introverts who rarely leave our house so it is great that the times we get out of our comfort zone to support a local business we are harassed for no reason. We were watched and followed by 3 different employees and the security guard came so close to me that he ended up rubbing up on me. Finally my anxiety couldn't take it anymore and I told my partner I didn't feel welcomed and I wanted to go. The employee at this point is right next to us. My partner tells her thank you for ruining our experience and she watched us leave the store with a smirk in her face. We were there to purchase couple of big items we wanted to see personally before purchasing. I'm glad we left. I have no desire supporting an establishment that harasses and shames their customers. From now on we would be spending our money on websites instead of being discriminated against for being a straight mixed couple.
