My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Emma was fantastic to work with and so helpful! We appreciate all of the time that she spent talking with us. She really listened to what we were looking for, had great explanations, and shared similar items to consider as well. We felt like we left with everything that we wanted and needed!

I visited today for the first time. Adelaide was pretty awesome. She gave me all the information I needed. She took the time to show me products, answer questions, and set me up with great deals. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend

I was in the store less than 25 minutes and was asked 7 times if I needed help. The price markup is 40-60 dollars for most of the items I wanted. The one item I wanted that didn't have a price and rang up 50 dollars higher than the online store. The teller told me they could price match but refused after I opened the Adam and Eve online store. They told me for that price I would have to order online. Don't waste your time here. Order online or go to the West Valley store.

I’m thoroughly disappointed in this store. Every time I have come in the walls are incredibly empty and there feels like there’s little to no selection unlike the other stores. Especially the most recent time I came in. I was looking for Valentines Lingerie as a surprise for my husband, and was incredibly disappointed to find out there wasn’t any let alone much change at all. I’ll try my luck at a different store.

Beware of the return policy!! My wife received a lingerie set as a gift for her bridal shower, but it was the wrong size. We went to exchange it, but the store clerk said it had to be returned within 7 days of purchase. We hadn’t even received it within 7 days of the purchase! We hadn’t even the receipt and all the tags were still on it, as she hadn’t even tried it on! Now we have something we can’t use. I would not risk buying gifts from here.

I prefer this Adam and Eve store above the others mostly because of an employee named Teresa. Its always kind of awkward for me as an older adult to go into the store and have to ask questions to the younger adults. Teresa is a breath of fresh air. Any time I have gone in I make sure she is working. If not I will go back when she is. She is super knowledgeable about all of the products Adam and Eve offers. She's very comfortable to talk to and has a great attitude every time I've gone in there. She hasn't once steered me in the wrong direction. I've been totally satisfied with every purchase so far. Way to go Adam and Eve for employing such knowledgeable judgement free employees. 5 stars for both products and employees!

Kat is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about the products presented, very much a sweetheart as well! She helped me pick out a plug as well as a good cleaner, could not have asked for better service! She deserves a raise! ❤️❤️❤️
