Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas Westlake

I'm not sure if Cinépolis pioneered the dine-in theater trend, but they certainly have been doing it right for a long time. The whole place feels premium. Now, this comes with a price tag, but it is markedly better than the big chains (even though many now offer recliners and menus as well). The food here is surprisingly good. I had a chicken tikka masala pizza! The popcorn is actually prepared and served for you fresh, so it's evenly buttered and not stale. The chairs are comfortable and extremely spacious. They're kind of arranged in pairs, so if you go with one other person, you feel like it's just the two of you, not crowded by other people. It might be a little uncomfortable to go solo. The screens are fine - this is certainly not an immersive IMAX situation, but they get the job done. Be prepared to pay a little more; I won't go see every movie here. But for a special occasion it's a fun option.

Just checked out this luxury movie theatre and had a blast. The place is super comfy and laid-back. The bartender, Bill, made our day. He was super friendly, knew his stuff, and made the whole night feel way more fun. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend if you want a chill but classy night out.

Have always had a nice time at Cinepolis Westlake but tonight did not go well. For starters, they were out of pizza, anything with a bun and a few other things so we had to modify our order. Then 3 of the 4 salads didn't seem to have any dressing so I explained that to our waitress and asked for more. I also ordered popcorn. 30 minutes later, we are still sitting there with dressing-less salad. I asked the waitress about it and she said they were backed up in the kitchen (just for dressing?). So it finally comes about another 10 minutes later. But the popcorn didn't arrive until 5 minutes before the movie ended. When the bill came, they had added on a separate charge for the dressing. Unbelievable.

Very comfortable leather seats. Adjustable to recline. Went there on a not busy day of the week. Get there early so waiter can take your order for the food if you prefer. Check their menus. So far very pleasant staff. Will go back of course

Asked for buffalo sauce twice, never brought it. One time we called and asked the manager about being overcharged for a food item we ordered but never received. We didn’t realize until we’d already gotten home, they said since we were already home and had already left nothing could be done. The manager spoke with the enthusiasm of a rock. Didn’t seem to care. We’d come here regularly 2-3 yrs ago and food was decent portion (french fries at least)… Came here within the last 7-8 months and their french fries were 1/3 the size of what they used to be. Even though it’s the same price if not higher. Some of the servers are good others don’t really care about how they treat customers, all the while being doused in cologne.

We came from out of town the kitchen was down for the evening due to kitchen issues. We understand it was out of their control, regardless we weren't allowed to bring in our own food nor were we offered any sort of discount, or credit for a next time visit. I strongly feel that we should have been credited something, because we did not receive the experience we were expecting. We drove 2 hrs just to walk in and be disappointed at the end.

Filthy theater. I had to change seats because there was salad in the cupholder with oil/dewssing. I went to a first showing so it was obviously from the day or days before. There was so much popcorn in the foot rest when I put the seat back that some of the oil got on my pants. The bathroom was also disgusting. Like I said, I went to the first showing so it’s not like it got trashed on a Long busy Saturday. It was a Tuesday at 1 PM. I haven’t been to a theater in a long time and will probably not go again. I will wait until it starts streaming, or go to another theater. Disgustingly dirty and when I told the manager she condescendingly said "I will let someone know"
