Charged $110 for liners in one pair of heels and to make the heels on another pair stop from bending left or right because of loose leather. Had them over a week, and after days of him not answering the phone he said he forgot what I wanted. I reminded him and he said ok. My husband picked them up and nothing was fixed correctly. He glued a piece of material to the inside of each heel and that did NOT keep them from bending either way, and put padded liner over non padded liner which now makes the shoes too tight. When asked about this he lied by denying that's what we asked for. Disorganized, awful work and would not refund at least the $80 for gluing material on the inside heels. Something my young daughter could have done. Makes me think positive reviews actually CAN be bought.

I brought in my favorite Stuart Weitzman heels. The soles had cracked all the way across the bottom and were not wearable anymore. I assumed they would have to be trashed. I brought them here and they repaired them beautifully, to the point that the shoes look brand new. I am absolutely thrilled with their work!!

My experience with my shoe repair process was excellent! I dropped off three pairs of shoes. One of them was at least 12 years old that I used regularly kind of like a combat boot, but the soul was starting to lift and it was worn to nothing. They were leather and when I took them in, they looked like they could not have a second life, but I was wrong! They resoled the boot n they polished them. They added stain to the leather. I can’t tell you how happy I am. Affordable and fast! The second pair of boots were a $250 cowboy boot that I bought online OfferUp gently used! When I got them, they were so beautiful but… Ouch! They gently stretched the boot toe and they are so much better. The best thing about this… Is that they offered to have me bring my boots back if I wanted them stretched slightly more at no cost! My third pair of boots were my UGG boots! I don’t know about you, but sometimes those boots are very fragile! My black, tall, beautiful expensive boots looked like they were ready to be thrown out! The black had faded to dull gray! But lo and behold when I picked them up, they stained them and now they look brand new! Never been happier!!! Around $100 to have 3 pairs of my fav shoes back in the saddle again! Thank you Boot Masters!! Thousand Oaks on TO Blvd!!

Extremely friendly and helpful! Brought in my really old flats that the insoles were completely shot. In less than 20 minutes they replaced it with a cushion for the heal and nice full leather insoles for a good price. Thank you for fixing my favorite shoes!!!!
