Very badly managed store. We have waited at Casher line for 10 min before catching a movie nearby. They have about 10 staff walking back and forth putting hangers on rack or collecting the carts. They looked at us waiting for the only cashier but no one care to be helpful We did ask if any of them can simply check us out before doing what they want to do. No responses! We have to leave without checking out the things for my wife as the movie starting soon This is why automation is so much needed!!

Cashier/supervisor was incredibly rude not just to me but to everyone who had the misfortune of being attended by her, we were there at 4:25 on 11/12 on register 3, the receipt says her name is Gina. the way she speaks to her customers is very disrespectful, the man who was attended by her before we checked out was yelled at by her and berated for simply asking for a bag after the transaction was over, after he asked for the bag she very loudly chastised the man for not requesting the bag before the transaction started and yelled at him over and over that it would be 10¢. Furthermore, when we were being attended by her, she was discussing something with her manager or other supervisor who was next to her and loudly said a slur which made me and my partner very uncomfortable. We will not be returning again

The beautiful new Hispanic lady with makeup and a ponytail black hair I don’t know her name but every time I go she is lovely and friendly . Always gives good customer service

hate to be in the store while Gina’s working! gave an attitude to an old customer. just because you’re having a bad day, doesn’t mean you get to make other people’s day bad! 11/12 at 4:20pm. roll back the cameras and get this woman fired! people don’t learn until they face consequences.

A few days ago I visited this store. I have something to compare this store with other stores of this chain in different states. In my opinion, there is not enough space in the store, the rows between the shelves are too narrow, it was difficult for some customers to get through, a lot of goods are lying on the floor. There were enough discounted goods. The service at the checkout was friendly. Also for me, a disadvantage is that the parking lot is too small, there were no free spaces at all.

There's always a very long queue, the beauty section is always a mess and things are left open! Some staff are very accommodating while others are moody and frustrated!

This department store has great selection but the worst management skills in the industry 3 weeks in a row I was here in line waited more than 40 minutes each time finally I had to put my stuff down and leave for 3 weeks in a row you think that the management could get the register's moving a little faster. Whoever the manager is here should be ashamed people can't get in line and get ringed out within 10 or 15 minutes is just a shame don't waste your time great items and savings but expect an hour wait or better in the line to get checked out. I wouldn't even give them a star of one but it was the only thing I could leave very poor management at this store
