I got my Regal Movie Pass back in Mid-2022 and have been using it ever since. This was my first time to the Simi Valley Regal Theater. It's big! It's New (or looks pretty new!). Overall VERY nice!!! I went to go see a movie here that I couldn't see at one of the 2 Regal Theaters in the Valley (San Fernando). Overall this Regal is REALLY nice! They had the updated reclining seats. The lobby was just HUUUUUUGE!!! And the employees there were very nice. Great experience!

The theater is located in a strip mall like most Regal theaters. This complex is a bit smaller one compared to the Spectrum area. The sound in the theater was mediocre and super loud. It felt like I was listening to cheap outdoor speakers. The picture was crisp but felt like there were some digital artifacts that made actions a bit blurry. When we went there, there weren't as many people in the theater. All Regal theaters seems to be getting old and always too dark. Their inside has not kept up with furnishing trends. Note that there are not too many chairs or couches where you can sit in case you are waiting for your relatives or friends.

Really mean old lady at the door! Don’t know her name but she had short white hair and was on my butt about tickets and literally followed me while asking me and asking me while i was literally on my way to buy them. Rude as hell! Great way to be greeted. Also made a smart comment when i asked about the box office so it made me uncomfortable. Other staff was nice though, but that lady in particular really made me uncomfortable! Hire better staff that doesn’t make customers feel bad the second they walk in. Do not recommend

What a great experience. 5 stars all the way. I purchased 2 tickets for a late night movie, and I over looked the fact that I bought the ticket for the wrong night. The very friendly employee fixed the issue, and even offered us a poster for the movie. I highly recommend this movie theater, and we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great experience. 👍🏻

A perfectly average place to watch a movie. The seats are plush recliners, which is definitely an improvement over the hard, squeaky folding seats of our youth. But these days, that's pretty standard. The screens are average, the service is fine, the snacks are expensive, the bathrooms are kind of dingy. But they play movies, and that's really all that matters. You're not coming here for some 70mm IMAX immersive experience, you're coming here to see Toy Story 8 for the 3rd time, and that's absolutely fine. Regal will deliver.

This is about one employee in particular, and his name is Steven. I’d love to say he was fired, but after coming in again recently I found that he is still working the concession stand. I saw him drooling into the popcorn. I cannot believe that is something I even need to say. If you are planning to eat here ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. This is simply unacceptable. Popcorn is the #1 thing people eat at a movie theater, and they shouldn’t have to worry about an employee drooling into their food. If management is reading this, I implore you to terminate him. Thank you.

Oh boy, if only I could give negative stars I would. So let’s say we forgive regal for their terrible app, and awful ticket machine they’ve used to not hire and pay actual people. But now you have to be careful for Kathy, you see she’s a stickler for making sure the three or more pieces of paper that fall out of the machine are brought with you at all times. Or else she will threaten to keep your ticket as hostage, while she holds it with a tight grip. What could’ve been a fun and relaxing time ended up being a new experience of harassment and rudeness from Kathy. I feel bad for the employees that work with her as I could tell they were scared to speak up. I suggest regal looks into this if they hope to have actual happy and returning customers. Also, Kathy is a jerk at the very least & popcorn was old & stale.
