Security is strict as they have many people trying to steal is what I hear. You can get some cute clothes here. I usually stop here when I visit Napa. If your doing an exchange or return the security will take the bag and let you hold on to receipt and then you can shop and come back tell them what you were returning they will get the bag and start the exchange or return. They will take it off of your purchase. Anyways go here during the day and as I hear people are getting robbed later in the day. I have gone here many times and have t seen anything too crazy happen there. There is a lot of stuff sizes are off as it will be too big or too small. Men’s section sizes look bigger than they are. Lots of parking lots staff as they have to greet through the walk-in all of them one by one every time gets kinda annoying when you’re trying to pay for a large purchase. That’s store policy, though from security guard to everyone at the cashier has to all say hello to the next person that walks in and says welcome to DD’s lol. Long story short cheap priced clothes not bad to be honest. I’m buying electronics here as every time I’ve bought something. It usually doesn’t work.

I was incredibly annoyed here at how the security and a manager kept welcoming everyone in. I understand it’s part of their job as part of loss prevention to let people know they have eyes on you but, seriously? I understand the security guard but the manager as well? It’s like the security would say it and then the manager 1 second later for every single person walking in- mind you there was a lot of people walking in. Tell the manager to chill out and leave it to the security guard. It took what should’ve been a relaxing retail therapy experience to getting annoyed and leaving the store early. It was genuinely so annoying and excessive. Yes you’re trying to prevent loss in theft but you’re probably deterring guests from even spending that much money there by being so annoying. Never in my life have I ever set foot in a store and been so annoyed by this- and the fact that I even went out of my way to write a review says a lot. I never write reviews even when I have a bad experience, I mostly give people a pass but I’m still thinking about this weeks later and said I got time today. That’s literally how annoying it was. I’m always going to DD‘s and just yesterday I bought some clothes for my kids and just when I was walking out after I paid this lady in the cashier she was speaking in Spanish to the Lost prevention that I stole a bag and believe it or not. I bought the bag at dds last week instead of asking me about it. This is just assuming I stole it it then I went up to the cashier and I opened my bag and I told them how can I steal a bag when my stuff is in it did they do not care

All I have to say is that my shopping experience was not so easy for me. Due to my height, it was hard to find the correct size for me, being 6 feet and two inches with a shoe size 13. It's a first come, first get the new cloth that has arrived here. Never know when they receive their shipment.
