Matty D's Restaurant & Bar

Had a quick lunch at Matty D's while in the area. Everything we had was great, but be warned the music is really loud... particularly for a Sunday at noon. Nachos were a great appetizer - old ballpark style with cheese sauce. The buffalo wings and garlic Parmesan wings were also fantastic. My son had the chicken and waffles which he enjoyed.

I went for brunch, it was very nice. They had a live dj, and the service was good. The pizza was good, and the wings were also good.The drinks were decent, not very strong, but not too watered-down. The atmosphere was nice, very cool, and an outdoor patio.

Matty D’s is a cool local bar. I’ve enjoyed the food the last few times visited. They have dope happy hour specials for sure. The foods ok for the good prices you get. There’s street parking and it’s right on the corner. The sound quality at the bar could be better but the establishment it’s self isn’t bad at all. The music is usually a good mix of everything too.

My main critique of this bar is that they automatically apply the gratuity to your bill. It’s not even based on your party size or bill total, they apply it to any bill. I am a tipper and I’d like to have the option to tip based on service and my budget at the time of service. The food is nothing to brag about but it’s not bad for bar food.

Came here for Sunday brunch with friends and it was great. The dj was litt,the atmosphere was fun, the food was amazing very well prepared and our server Destiny was so nice and accommodating and she single handedly made our 5 star experience. The only downside to our experience was that a worker named Raquel kept trying to take my party's chairs away for another reservation even though we didn't get our food yet and she kept saying we didn't make a reservation and she needed them. I guess make a reservation so that your seat doesn't get taken away 🤷🏽‍♂️

I love coming here after work for dinner or hanging out with friends during the weekend. Attended bother parties, wedding anniversaries, etc. The staff are great, they are very attentive. Food is PHENOMENAL! My favorite are the Fish tacos followed by some wings. The drinks are great too. Very chill place to go to grab a bite to eat, but it also turns into a great party place when you do want to have some fun. DJ always plays great music and everyone just enjoys themselves.

I ordered a mocktail and wings and fries. I was expecting to spend a maximum of $20 why did i walk out of there spending$30 because of a side of fries that costed $6 dollars. Huh like i didn’t even know i ordered fries to begin with.
