Kohl's

I was so disappointed. I used to work at Kohl's many years ago and I loved it. The place was clean and organized, the shelves were full, absolutely amazing my favorite store. However this was not the same experience I literally thought it was going out of business ( I googled searched while I was there) shelves were empty displays were a mess the place seemed dirty. IT WAS A SUNDAY, hardly any shoppers, and for the place to look like that was very sad. I never saw so many sales that weren't going out of business and used products being sold is something else.

Nothing more frustrating to go to an open store you’ve been to many times before only to have the Amazon returns not be open during all store hours. Barely anyone in the store anyways and bringing my Amazon returns usually results in business for Kohls. For anyone curious you better come before 7pm m-sat if you have an Amazon return even though the store itself is open until 9pm.

I went in some Amazon returns, and did not appreciate that the Amazon return desk closed at 7pm when the Amazon website said it was open until 9pm. I DID appreciate Ryan, who helped the woman in front of me with her return and then scanned my three items, despite it being several minutes after 7pm. Shoutout to Ryan! I also appreciated the $10 Kohl’s coupon I got for making an Amazon returns in store.

I came here for a small list of items it said were available online but I couldn’t find any of them in the store. I couldn’t find a single employee to help throughout the process then was completely ignored for a few minutes by the lady at the checkout until another person came over and asked her to put the phone away. She then rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t want to sign up for the rewards and shook her head and whispered to herself "you don’t make any sense" all while my baby was screaming and all I wanted was to get out of there. The fact that I would ever come back here when there’s Amazon, Target, or Walmart is beyond me

This place has gone downhill. They used to have a lot of registers and you never had to wait long, but now they only have four registers and they make you weave endlessly through their many shelves of crap they hope you will impulse buy. And if the cashier messes up your transaction, guess what? You can’t even get customer service at the back anymore because that’s only for Amazon now; you have to get BACK in the long line. Very inefficient and not designed with the customer in mind. I used to expect the best from Kohl’s, but no more.

This was a very clean and organized Kohls. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has the clothes sections separated to where they make sense and the branding is easily seen. Overall this Kohl's has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it. *The photos are of all the areas of the store in a tour format.

This store is so messy and disorganized. The fitting rooms are always a disaster, there’s no such thing as zoning or any of that. It’s a loss preventions nightmare with all the empty merchandise containers, it’s unshoppable. You’re not ever staffed, you still push a credit card even though your store is in shambles. How a corporate level manager hasn’t handled this, is beyond me.
