Nordstrom Rack

Had a great experience at Nordstrom Rack! I went in to return an online order and the customer service was excellent—super helpful and efficient. The store had some really good deals too, which made browsing even more fun. Overall, the whole visit was just really pleasant. Always appreciate a place that makes shopping easy and enjoyable!

A great selection of name brands at reasonable prices. Customer service here is excellent. You can tell the associates actually receive training and use it. It was refreshing. The only thing negative is they can't do split transactions, so you can use a gift card in conjunction with a credit card. Rare that you would need to but still their system is a bit outdated.

I tried getting Chelsea Boots there. I was trying on a few pairs and this petite blonde lady started following me from isle to isle standing right behind me as I tried on shoes but didn’t engage with me. I felt like I was personally being chaperoned as if I couldn’t be trusted. I asked her a question about the Chelsea boot I was looking for and she replied with one word "no." I left the store and went to AI Sporting Goods and they were super nice! They helped me find the perfect shoe and I left with a pair of Blundstone Chelsea’s. I’ll never shop at Nordstrom again.

I've been here a few times and would return again! Good selection and fairly clean. So far, I've had mostly positive experiences with customer service, even around the busy holidays 🙂

I was returning a shirt that I had bought the day before because it was poor quality. They were very nice when I bought it. Although when I asked to return it they acted as if it was a bother and looked over the garment many times like it was damaged. Most likely because he bunched it in the bag upon purchase and then wondered why it was wrinkled, and when I spoke to the manager he said he wouldn’t do anything and walked away. They would not let me return it. I won’t be shopping here again.

I ordered some items from Nordstrom Rack online. Poor quality and home in seam of sweater cardigan. Nordstrom Rack has gone down hill over the past several years. Not what it used to be for sure. Store is similar to a thrift store. However I can find better quality items at a a thrift store. Won’t shop at Nordstrom Rack any longer.

Ventured here for the fIrst time tonight as Nordstrom Racks typically have great deals and markdowns. Had great winter coats on sale under $70 too. Browsed through the clearance shoe section and still found some shoes still a bit pricey even when the price is marked for clearance. This place has really clean bathrooms - so that was a plus! And the bathroom also offers disposable seat covers! Which is kind of rare in Utah - I don’t know why every public place does NOT offer disposable seat covers - this should be a law! In California every public place offers disposable seat covers. I did find a couple of pairs of shoes here that I really liked, but still was a bit steep in price. There was also a dress jumpsuit in the clearance section - one medium and one XL. The medium one had a price of $11.98 and the XL had a price of $$20.98. I asked an associate to see if they are the same price, as they are both the same dresses. Usually when this happens in a does a department store, they honor the lower price so when the associate came back, she stated that someone placed the wrong price on the lower priced tag, meaning both dresses were supposed to be $20.98 each. I don’t know if that’s a store mistake or they were blaming a random customer, but it just gave me an impression that they don’t run a tight ship.
