I walked in feeling overstimulated and unsure of where to start, and they immediately helped narrow everything down based on the feeling I wanted from the scent and the budget I had in mind. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened instead of pushing products. I left confident in my purchase and excited about my fragrance. This is how luxury shopping should feel — highly recommend stopping by the perfume area if you’re unsure what to choose.

I noticed that the store has introduced several new brands lately, including Lilysilk, which really caught my attention. The quality of the sweater is outstanding—soft, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable. You can truly feel the craftsmanship and premium material. An incredible shopping experience at Bloomingdale's; our first time shopping there. My husband and I were travelling, and needed to attend an event which we had only a matter of hours to find clothing for. We did it, but only because we had EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from two stylists: JOCELYN R. & JAYME F. Both stylists energetically brought pieces to the fitting rooms and gave honest feedback. Wow, Bloomingdale's! These two stylists made us shine, and your company glow! THANK YOU!

I’d like to give a shoutout to the Byredo sales associate (#7214032) for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly caring and attentive. After having a bad experience at the Chanel counter, I went to Byredo hoping to receive assistance , even though it wasn’t her brand. She did not hesitate to help me, and her customer service truly went above and beyond. I genuinely appreciate Byredo for having such outstanding associates✨

Stacy in the TEXTILES department is Amazing. Stacy is a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE, she greeted me as soon as I came into her area and gave me excellent customer service, showing me other products she thought would interest me. Please let Stacy train all of the employees, because the upstairs fragrance department,was not helpful. Make sure you visit STACY, she is downstairs next to the bedding department.

I wish there was a Bloomingdale's in WA. It's great here because there are many luxury brands. It's big and clean, connected to all the malls, and there are plenty of restaurants. If you come to Orange County, I definitely recommend visiting 🙂
