Festival sale with huge discounts on many items at affordable prices

This store is great. They always sell quality clothing, and offer a lot of different brands. The cashiers at any Macy’s are slow, but we usually have good experience at this store, so the slow service is not a big issue.

Went to buy swimwear. Saw two racks that's stated 30% off or greater. Found unreal deals on shorts. When went to cashier she rang up and noticed the pricing did not match the ticket. Cashier said I need to call Manager when I asked about the ticket pricing . John Dept manager came over I explained to him about the pricing difference he said it was a mistake. I explained to John not my issue if staff either put wrong price or not. He said well I can't do anything. I asked for his boss which Allie store director came to see and I explained to her again the same she said well it ran out of ink. I asked so all 150 items marked this way staff would not see ink problem? She said can't be right pricing which I again showed her signage stating 30% or greater. I think these Managers could have made the situation better but instead they said no. Customers don't know what deals are when or pricing. If you advertise 30% or greater than honor it. Will reach out to corp office which hopefully will find a resolution. Macys card no more.

I like this store very much. It is an affordable men's store for high quality and luxury brands. They always offer the latest men's fragrances and the staff at this counter are very knowledgeable about different brands and choices. Ralph Lauren store is my favorite for finding unique and unusual apparels.

I'd buy a suit here but avoid the in house alterations they are slow and more than tailors near. Be careful with sizes because the stock is disorganized and mislabeled.

Very organized and clean! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the prices were excellent for the quality.

Really poor customer services and management decision in the Men's Clothing section!!! Mission Viejo Macy's Men's Store referred us over the South Coast Plaza Men's Store because a Michael Kor black jacket and pant was in stock there. Mission Viejo did not have the on-sale item. Nancy in Mission Viejo printed stock listing of items to take with us. We struggled to find items in SCP, but found them. Sales rep (unshaven by the way!!) said that he would honor price if I had picture of just ended sale. It so happens I had it!! After trying on suit, manager came over and said he could not honor price and that I would have to go back to MV to speak with them about it. Of course, MV closes in 15 minutes and we are 25 minutes away. Way to go SCP!! Your customer service sucks!!
