Bally Store

Staff was generally rude, both I and family noticed. They also didn't know their own size range, so I made an ill-informed purchase decision trusting them to know their own products. I should've checked their own website, but I assumed the workers there would've known what they were talking about.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your South Coast Plaza store. I visited the location in an effort to return or exchange a pair of defective Bally shoes. These shoes have only been worn a handful of times over the past couple of years, and I still have the original warranty card, which does not indicate any specific time limit on coverage. Unfortunately, the store manager I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also notably rude and dismissive during our interaction. I had expected a level of professionalism and support that reflects the Bally brand, but this experience left me feeling both frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

I been shopping at south coast plaza for the last 10 years in Rolex and valantino and omega and fragamo yesterday was the first time I stop by Bally and all I can say Oscar is such an amazing person and very helpful and has the best customer service I ever seen. I will probably be back to dealing with him again. I’m totally satisfied

Surprised how much inventory this location had in stock. Picked up a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt. I wear an XXL in shirts, and a size US 13 in sneakers. I very rarely find these sizes in stock when shopping, but today I made a couple purchases. Loved the customer service.
