Burberry

My experience with Burberry in Costa Mesa was great. All the sales associates are friendly and helpful. Especially, Ms Taylor who patiently assisted me all the way in all my purchases. Thank you Ms Taylor. I am happy with the special treatment. I will see you again… soon🥰

Lizzie was great in store and made my purchase smooth. I already had my mind made up on the EKD wallet which they had on hand. Lizzie was able to accommodate my request about having it shipped to my out of state address and provided a tracking # same day. My wallet arrived quickly, packaged and presented nicely.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burberry location in South Coast Plaza. A few employees, especially Christy and her manager, showed surprisingly poor customer service and an unnecessary attitude. While I was in the store, another customer approached the counter to return an item, and the associate genuinely tried to assist them. Instead of supporting her, Christy and her manager were signaling her not to accept the return, which was uncomfortable to witness. In my own interaction, Christy tried to oversell me, but once the purchase was made, the attitude completely changed, with no courtesy, no interest, and no effort to assist. As a result of that experience, I ended up returning everything I had bought. Luxury brands are supposed to provide exceptional service. Unfortunately, this store failed at the basics. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others avoid this location until they improve their staff behavior and customer handling.

Took my mother in law to south coast plaza to have her shop around on a rainy day. Visited Burberry and my husband bought a very nice jacket. Store was very nice with their most up to date line of dresses, bags, coats, and accessories.

I went in to browse for clothes and light jacket for my trip, sales staff was aggressive. I politely replied that I was browsing and was told impatiently what for. I replied and requested I'd prefer to look around on my own and will call her if I need sizes; she refused to give space, persisted and followed me asking specifically what I was looking for. In short, I left upset, shopping experience was not pleasant at all. Ended up buying my jacket at Canada Goose, the staff there were kind and helpful. I agree, no customer service skills at all. This staff needs reminding this isn't Hongkong or China, intimidation isn't tolerated. Sad, I like Burberry brand. There's an air of desperation and entitlement. You can't treat customers like that and expect to get a sale.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at the Burberry store in South Coast Plaza. I brought in a shirt that had only been worn once and had already changed color, which is unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer luxury quality. Instead of receiving help or understanding, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to even look into the issue. What made the experience even worse was the treatment we received from the Operations Manager. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made us feel disrespected. At several points, we felt singled out and treated unfairly — an experience that came across as discriminatory and completely unacceptable from any retailer, let alone a luxury brand. Between being ignored, spoken to poorly, and offered no solution, this visit was the opposite of what you would expect from Burberry. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider ever shopping with the brand again. Burberry should be ashamed of how customers are treated at this location, and I hope they take steps to address the unprofessional behavior and lack of support shown by their staff.

They have good variety of very comfortable clothing compare to other brands here. Salesperson named Christy is very helpful. Very good store experience!
