Thom Browne South Coast Plaza

Great selection and friendly staff. Yes, it's expensive. Yes, there is a red white blue stripe. Yes, again, it is expensive. Beautiful clothing. Sometimes there are sales. There is also a made2measure (M2M) option, which is something to look into. Don't be intimidated! The folks here really are nice.

I have been shopping at this location for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say about the service. Anna and Julie are so nice and always go out of their way to help me every single time I'm there. They are such great representatives of the brand and have helped me to discover so many different Thom Browne pieces that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. They make the shopping experience so easy and are a huge reason why I rather visit and purchase in store vs. online. Beyond them, every associate that I have interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable (shoutout to Steven as well) so don't hesitate to visit!

I always have an amazing experience here, whether I'm doing some shopping or just popping in to see the impeccably dressed staff. Everyone here is always so sweet and kind. It takes me an hour to get here from my part of LA, but it's very worth it!

This location ruins the brand. Staff needs to be retrained or replaced entirely. They will try to sell you more expensive things and have an extremely large attitude all while having zero patience for any questions. The tall male working here is a little bit better but the level of the staff here is just really really low.

Professional staff and super helpful attitude. I bought a suit and they helped to tailor it twice to the perfect shape before i fly back to Australia. Especially thanks for Nisha! Absolutely an A+ sale consultant.

Not at all good place to shop. I was unhappy when my expensive pair of eye glass frame broke and this store associates did not offer solutions. Inferior product not worth its dollar. The lady who was in the store was rude. Now I am out a lot of money and a broken pair of glasses. I need my glasses 👎

Excellent Thom Browne location. Good selection and even better staff. Anna and Steven are awesome.
