Went and seen Scream 7 . Good popcorn, recliners were super comfy. Definitely will be back again when we are on the area .

Just left opening night for FNAF, worst movie experience I have ever had. They ask you to silence your phone before the movie starts but there are no ushers to enforce the audience being belligerent. Kids were talking and clapping the whole movie and nothing was done about it. I get kids will be kids but there comes a point that an employee should have stepped in and enforced some kind of discipline. The whole theatre was unhappy with their experience with the exception of the 1st few rows of kids being a menace and disturbing the rest of the movie goers. If this is the experience Marcus is ok providing, my family and I will not be attending any more movies.

I was there on Friday August 1st 2025 and seen the naked gun with my son. He ordered popcorn and a soda I ordered a bunch of key theater candy and soda. It was nice and clean in the area where the food and the restrooms and the tables were, and I've been noticing that there are Elgin police officers that stand in their every time I'm there. We went into a small theater, and we were leaving as always the cleaning team was right at the door. I didn't check out the bathrooms but, I'll say that for another time. I always love the experience at Marcus theaters, and I went to the Elgin, Illinois location

Are you guys seriously charging $16.50 a ticket now!? Whats changed that u guys needed to increase the cost of admission!? It should not cost me $77.00 to take my family of 4 out to the movies! Ridiculous!!

Worst theater experience ever. Giving it two stars for the poor high schooler who genuinely tried to help. There was someone in our seats refusing to move. Management didn’t want to go do a seat check, so they sent a high-schooler to do it, and of course, it didn’t work. Come to find out, the theater double-booked our seats, so they had to give us a refund. The refund was less than what we paid because of some third-party convenience fee they couldn’t reimburse. The theater smelled like a mold-infested basement. Lost money, gas, and time—didn’t even get to see the movie. Ruined our Sunday.

Very horrible customer service experience went there and I order my food and they forgot to give me my cup for a drink and I went back to the counter to ask for it and I got yelled at by the employee and when I show my receipt he threw the cup at me and gave me a whole attitude and they workers wasn’t paying attention to the orders or the details the popcorn was very dry and the pizza was very cold and didn’t had the toppings I wanted it and the workers didn’t make me feel welcome I couldn’t even enjoy my movie 🍿!I thought everything will go fine but then at the end I end up getting food poisoning and really sick 🤢!!!

I went here recently to watched Wicked, but great movie based on the Broadway stage play of the same name. I’ve never seen the Broadway stage play, but I’ve heard 2 songs from this ("Popular" and "Wonderful").
