Red Door Tavern

We dropped in for some late afternoon drinking - yes, I was running low on Vitamin Beer and needed a refill. Red Door leans into its dive bar identity, and I say that with genuine appreciation. It’s a no-frills drinking spot, and that’s exactly what we were after. There’s a small patio out back for smokers. We didn’t partake, and thankfully no one lit up until we’d had a chance to settle in. When that happened, we wandered back inside once the smoke started drifting. One of the bottled beers tasted a little off - still not sure how that happens - and my friend’s wine was, well, a reminder that this isn’t the place to order wine. Stick to the basics and you’ll be fine. All in all, it was a worthwhile stop. Not perfect, but memorable in its own way. I’m glad we gave it a shot. Four stars.

Worst experience i’ve had in buckhead. As a resident of the city I cannot believe how bad the service was. Our waiter ended up stealing $50 from us. I cannot express how terrible of an establishment this is. If you are considering visiting buckhead I cannot express how much I would avoid Red Door Tavern. One of the most disgusting places you could choose.

Bartender Kyle is super Cool and very respectful. First time here. Was invited by the live band musician Logan. Great music, environment, space and crowd.... will surely be coming back

Bartender was super cool and drinks were reasonably priced! Just your classic dive bar but a bit cleaner. Good post show spot after the Buckhead.

Pretty nice chill bar. Quite low key, so a nice contrast to loud places nearby. A bit lacking in terms of menu, no food when we came there, but otherwise dug this place.

all of the bartenders are so nice!!! they promote saferide, a rideshare app to get you and your car home safe if you drink too much, as well as drink testers to make sure your drink wasn't spiked!! all of the bartenders are so genuinely caring, especially Leon! highly recommend stopping by for a drink 🙂

Really cool bar! Love the atmosphere and how they have arcade games. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly! My only complaint was my husband and friends paid money to have songs played from the juke box player and we never heard any of those songs- and they disappeared from the playlist. I also didn’t like how when the bartenders walked away from the POS system, I could see every open tab. Someone could easily look at the names on there, pick a name and add their drinks to that person’s tab.
