Southbound RV Park and Cabins

I stayed here from October 2025 to the end of January 2026. The park is located on the outer loop of Victoria and it’s close enough to everything but far enough away where you don’t have to deal with the traffic. It’s very easy to get in and out of. It was a very quiet park even being close to a major highway. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to a Walmart or H-E-B for groceries. If you walk down to the pond in the back, there are plenty of beautiful views of the sunset all the campers I met there were pretty friendly. The laundry room was in great working condition with no machines, broken or damaged and had an added bonus of vending machines in there too. The park itself is very clean and very few campers had any type of clutter outside. The staff were always polite and easy to work with. The dog park was definitely an added bonus and my puppy loved going to play in the evenings. If I’m working in this area again, I will definitely be staying here.

I was a long term 12yr camper at this rv. The owners and employees that work there were so wonderful to us. We watched this rv park grow . The showers the club house were really good and laundry room with a CHANGE Machine that works and nice snack machine and trust me when I say I was so blessed when they put all the nice items in the office. The internet is really good. The only thing I would like for this rv park Is more lighting around the rv park. But the owner know if I come back to it will be at this rv park! Thank you so much!!!!

The small cabins are very thoughtfully designed and were absolutely perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the whole property. It was very well maintained and would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight at Southbound as we were literally southbound to the RGV and our stay was pleasant. We appreciated that Southbound was conveniently along our route. The sites are full hookups, though we chose not to connect to sewage for overnight. We were pleased to find a nice laundry room available to us. The campground is safe, clean, and quiet. There is some highway noise but the campground itself is quiet. There are several long term campsites but they are neat and people were friendly. The staff there are exceptional and very helpful.

Southbound RV Park and cabins…Victoria, TX.. off hwy 59 south… kind of wacky to get with cost and a uturn but managable. Here too PA rate for a gravel pull thru WE and wifi. Very clean laundry area and small store w limited supplies but helpful. This is our 2nd stop here since its on our way to S TX. I would make reservations online since it is convenient and busy. I will say the slot sites are fairly close together. As a light sleeper was woke up at 3:30 with a furnace rattling exhaust or ? Great location to replenish supplies…Mollie Pippen Folmar 02/2025

This is such a wonderful little paradise! Hubby & I stayed in a fully furnished & CLEAN super cute cabin! Did I mention clean? It was quiet & we had a pond full of ducks to feed & enjoy! The family that owns this park is welcoming & so friendly. We will definitely be back!

A quiet setting with a comfortable feel to it, treated with the upmost respect, professionals in all aspects, outside of town but not to far for your everyday needs, I recommend this resort if we are in the area again I won't hesitate to use there services. We love the guineas
