New Deal Furniture Las Cruces

Bought a couch and had it delivered. They assured me that they would take care of me from the moment I walked in. However that has been far from the case. When delivered the couch had no protective covering and does not look new but perhaps a floor model. When delivered it was missing a cable, which they found and brought back. However the USB charging ports on one side do not work, I reported this right away, Jan 15th, and was assured I'd be called back. Now the 28th and I'm calling again to have this fixed. I will update when it's resolved but so far not impressed with their customer service and would not recommend anyone shop here.

New Deal Furniture is the best, family-owned furniture store I’ve ever been to. Their selection is phenomenal. After hours of searching for chairs to match my existing, antiquated dining room table, it was recommended we check out New Deal Furniture. Rob, our salesman, was very low pressure but very attentive and let us walk around the store, thoroughly and thoughtfully answered our questions, and patiently gave us pricing as we found not only a brand new dining room set, but other furniture to outfit our new home. Needless to say, we walked away with beautiful new furniture for three rooms. Their prices can’t be beat. The quality and selection is worth the visit. The general manager, Chris, was equally as attentive and patient as we asked questions and took measurements to ensure the furniture we want to invest in would fit in our home and fit our style. His willingness to take time to discuss inventory, delivery dates, and suggestions for financing options was much appreciated. To say I am pleased to find New Deal Furniture is an understatement. It’s rare to find such kind and knowledgeable salespeople who are low pressure but high quality. Bravo, gentlemen! I’ve already told friends and family about you. We’ll be back again and come to you first for any future furniture -related purchases!

I recently moved to Las Cruces and learned a very important lesson: Alwaysss buy your furniture local and not online!! I was surprised to see the variety of furnitures in this store. Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process. The owner was very generous and gave us good discount. The furniture was delivered in excellent condition within 2 days. Probably the best furniture store in Las Cruces. Highly recommended!!

My mom bought a living room set 3 months ago. When she purchased the set, she asked the salesman if they could wrap all 3 pieces because they were taking them to Carlsbad and they said of course. I was with her and heard this conversation. My parents take the living room set they purchased to Carlsbad and put the furniture in storage while they renovated their living room. They took the couch out of storage last week and after unwrapping it, they noticed a significant rip in the back and the wood is clearly visible. The liner, that was over the couch before it was wrapped, was not torn so she thought it had to have gotten tore at the warehouse. She called to she if they could repair it. She NEVER asked for a replacement just wanted it repaired. They told her since she took the couch out of the city, the warranty was voided. They knew ahead of time she was taking it to Carlsbad because she mentioned it the day she purchased it. When she purchased it, the young lady mentioned to my mom how long the warranty was for but NEVER said she couldn’t take it out of the city, again, I was with my mom the whole time. So my mom asked if she could bring the couch back to Las Cruces and have the upholstery guy that is there at their store fix it. My mom said she would gladly pay for it, since they said the warranty was voided, and they told her no. She spent over $1,200 and they aren’t willing to even help her fix the tear. I would not recommend this store. Once they have your money, they don’t care about customer service.
