I ordered a custom saddle from them in 2019 and I dealt with Josh Schley. He was great to work with and my saddle turned out great. I ordered a custom saddle for my wife’s birthday in September of 2024 and the process was less enjoyable this time around. The transparency and customer service has gone down dramatically. I have called and emailed and gotten very little to no communication on what the status of her saddle is. Now it is a year later and I am getting nervous I have been taken advantage of. I really was hopeful for this company to be a great success, as I am a man of faith myself, but I think they have forgotten that without the customer they will have no business. I hope that things turn around and they get things figured out.

1st let me say that I do love the look of my saddle. I get comments on it all the time so that is the positive. The negative is that I ordered a custom made saddle that DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY! When called when we first got it I expressed my concern , I was told to get a better fitting saddle pad. Um if I was going to use a saddle pad to fit a saddle i would have not have ordered a custom made saddle. I use very good saddle pads and since tried several and still have the same problem with the pomel being to close to the withers. I have reached out for the last few months with no answer. I am disappointed in the costumer service. I just want the problem fixed I dont write reviews, but I hoping that this reaches the write people. I dont know if I could recommend truth to others. We were going to order a saddle from truth for my son but now, we are looking at other options .

I received a gift certificate for a custom saddle Christmas of 2000. I placed my order February of 2021 and received a work of art ready to go to work January of 2022. It was well worth the wait for a truly custom saddle (my daughter even designed the tooling) with our brand on the conchos and all the specifications I asked for. And the fit is perfect both for me and my horse! Customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone desiring quality and wanting to support a Christian American company.

I am in love with my custom Truth Saddlery breakaway saddle. I cannot thank Mike, Lisa, Angel and the rest of the team enough for not only going above and beyond on my saddle but for being patient with me! Going into this build I wasn’t sure what to expect as the world was in a different place with supply chain, and other problems. Lisa was communicative with me and we kept in touch during the entire process. When I got my saddle delivered it was everything and more that I could have asked for. The fit, the color, the quality of the product, and they even surprised me with a couple of personal touches. I cannot say thank you enough and I am proud to be representing Truth in and out of the arena. I can’t want to start my next build with this amazing company and family!

I purchased the fit kit and the 365 days to pay custom saddle build back in December. At that time the average build time was 20wks. Unfortunately, due to COVID and delays on products necessary for the build it was a longer build time. Even with this I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the saddle! My mare looks great in it and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to! The breast collar is also beautifully done! You can definitely see the quality in their work! Lisa was a great contact through out the build and kept me updated. When not in use, my saddles hang in my living room and this one is definitely the most eye appealing!!

Truth Saddlery is a five star class act!!! Not only do they build quality saddles to fit you and your horse but they go above and beyond to help in any way!!! I love to see a company in this day and age that spreads the word of god and shares his love openly to everyone! I ride two of their saddles and planning to have them build another ASAP. Highly recommend anyone in the market to check them out, you will come as a customer and leave as a friend!!!🙌🏼
