Chicas Locas El Paso

During my visit last month in May, I noticed a visible dress code sign banning durags, even though hats were allowed without issue. I chose to leave my durag removed upon entry to avoid conflict. Out of curiosity I asked the assistant manager about the policy, and he said it was due to "broader security reasons", and "gang activity", but didn't provide any clear valid reasoning. That kind of of vague explanation feels less about safety and more about discouraging black expression. Black patrons beware, this place may not say it directly, but the message is loud and clear. They might be comfortable taking your money, but not with you freely expressing yourself.

Had a great time at Chicas Locas. The servers were super friendly and made sure we were taken care of all night. Drinks came fast, and the vibe was fun and relaxed. The dancers were great too. Definitely worth checking out.

My experience at Chicas was definitely better than I had anticipated. It’s the best after hours spot hands down. service is phenomenal and a manager is always on the floor making sure everyone is having a great time. The party doesn’t have to stop. I love it here. I will definitely be returning. - D

Gillian was the best waitress I have had hands down. She constantly checking up to make sure you don’t need anything and acts like she genuinely cares about her customers. Definitely my new favorite spot just cause of her. She be making the best drinks too. Most def gonna tell my people to come here.

Dancers play the role nicely but won't try to screw you over. Drinks are good, haven't tried the food.

Very place and vibe. I had already ate before me and the crew went so didn't try the food but it seemed good overall. Now let me say this, I don't go to these that often and when I do its because I am the DD and chilling but the night we went we had this waitress/bottle girl, what ever they are called, named Gillian, sorry if I missspelled the name, and she was awesome. Not over baring and all up in our faces trying to make a good tip. I don't really get dances but if she asked I would say yes in a heartbeat. Next time we go I might just see if she is down to do it.

Went for the first time to chicas locas and had a great time. The people were very helpful especially Rob I believe that was his name, he was very attentive Professional and very helpful.Big guy with a beard. Would definitely go again and ask for his service. Hell probably this weekend.
