Club Femme Nu

This place was terrible. We paid to get in and didn’t even receive drinks as promised. On top of that, the staff treated us poorly. We came here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, but it turned into a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. This place was disgusting. We paid to get in, got no drinks, and were treated badly the whole time. It was supposed to be my best friend’s birthday celebration, and they completely ruined it. Never coming back here again. Disgusring!!!

I went here on a Tuesday night several years ago. There were only a few dancers. I had two shots of tequila and a beer. I then entered the VIP room with a lady from Kazakhstan and immediately passed out. Later on I saw a charge for $800 on my visa card. I'm not sure if they drugged me or not, but i usually don't pass out from 3 drinks. Go to Thailand instead!

There are girls dancing onstage now, but the club has fallen far from its glory days from when it opened in 1989 until the housing market collapse in 2008. Femme Nu has gone from the club where they actually had waiting lists for exotic dancers who wanted to work there to a place where they seem to only have dancers who couldn’t get a gig anywhere else. By all appearances, this club seems to be lucky to have any dancers, at all. It’s more like a hostess bar with stages than a strip club. I recently visited on a Sunday night and it’s depressing how slow it was, compared to other clubs in the area. While the final measure would actually be how much money the girls were making, there weren’t a lot of customers in the club when I last visited. I had a feeling of sad nostalgia, recalling the glory days when they actually had lines of customers waiting to get in. Still, I had to give credit to the owner, remaining open when most people would have simply closed down and done something else with their lives. The current hours of operation are from 4:00pm to 2:00am and the door charge is 10 dollars, which includes $5 off your first drink. Femme Nu is not active on social media, unlike its competitors. Following them on Instagram, Twitter, etc seems to be a waste of time.

This place has gone down then dumpster dumpster the management is trash. They over charge for drinks and underserve.

The dancers at this club were down to earth and cool to chat with. That was the only plus. The owner was a see you next Tuesday. We came on vacation and wanted a good time. Turned out to be the exact opposite. Drinks were exceptionally more expensive then they should have ever been which is whatever but when you are demanded to pay a "cover" before you even pay for a private.. after a cover was already paid to get in.... i said, nope. I'd rather hang with the transient guy outside. Seriously. Avoid at all costs, unless getting a BJ is the cover. Even that might be sketch. Proceed with the utmost caution.

The worst club I've ever been to. No Dancers were even there! How do you go to a gentleman's club where there's no dancers?? I Don't remember anything after my third drink. The only thing I remember is waking up without a car and credit card charges over 2G. Bartender was super cool but the Asian woman mama, who is the owner was very pushy and very aggressive! Would never recommend this place ever.

The old Asian woman who owns the place literally barged in on me IN THE BATHROOM STALL to demand how I was going to audition for her (btw, I came as a patron/customer, not a performer and was NOT AUDITIONING) and then when I confronted her about it by very politely informing her that that's not a very healthy way of handling customers, she kicked me out literally saying she "didn't like MY energy" basically regurgitating what I said to her 10 minutes ago. The dancers were amazing, 10/10, management -5/10
