My experience here was great! Even though me and my friends got one drink each Andy was phenomenal. At most restaurants servers will not give the time of day to tables like ours and Andy made sure we felt seen and heard the cocktail were amazing and Andy was an amazing addition to an already amazing establishment. Keep up with the amazing service and food we'll be back for sure!

The place is in great shape considering it is over 100 years old. It has excellent acoustics and live music does not need amplification. Just enjoyed an evening of Beethoven music.

What a nice surprise to find a weekly live music venue in Vallejo! I went to check it out Wednesday night. Having recently moved to Vallejo from San Francisco, I was hoping to find a halfway decent live music scene locally. I was very impressed with my experience that evening at the Empress. First, the blues act playing in their lounge was top notch. The room has a nice ambiance and the staff and fellow patrons were all very friendly. I was also impressed with the bar's specialty cocktail selection (which I thoroughly enjoyed). I highly recommend you check out this place next time you are in Vallejo.
