JD Entertainment was the best choice for our DJ services! Had reception at Henry Ford Museum and was worried about cocktail hour, dinner and dancing acoustics. I had nothing to worry about!!! John and Xavier as well as the office staff made everything easy and seamless. The sound quality in all the various spaces was perfect, even when Xavier was playing live saxophone. The dance floor was hopping and loud but not so you couldn’t hear a conversation in the table area. The glow sticks were a hit and the monogram projection on the wall was a nice touch visually and for our photos. I recommend spending more than their basic package because what you get for the extra money far outweighs the cost difference. Their process made things easy to convey our wishes and their attention to detail makes them the best choice for DJ services!

JD entertainment was outstanding for our wedding. Our Photo Booth was a huge hit! They brought props but we added our own as well. Everyone got a copy of their photos and we got a copy in an album that guests were able to sign. Honestly it’s better than a guest book. Tracy our photographer was a perfect match for us. She is very professional and I felt like she wasn’t even there. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding at Planterra in September! From the very beginning, they were professional, flexible, and so easy to work with. They took the time to understand our vision, created the perfect playlist to keep the energy up all night, and even worked within our budget without sacrificing quality. They played all my "must play" songs, even the ones that were not very "wedding songs" (Five finger death punch, Metallica, St. Lucia) loved it! The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and so many of our guests told us it was one of the best wedding receptions they’ve ever been to. The transitions between songs were seamless, and they knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the party going. If you’re looking for a DJ who is talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable, I highly recommend them. DJ Mo was fantastic! He was very flexible with some issues that came up on the day-of, he played all the songs I wanted to hear and loads more fantastic music. He made my day special and fun. The lighting was awesome as well. The rest of the team at JD Entertainment were friendly and super helpful, sending out reminders and answering all of my questions if I needed clarification for something. If I ever have an event that needs I DJ I would definitely book them again!

Excellent experience with JD Entertainment from the very beginning. Communication was thorough, everyone was personable, and the DJ services were easily navigable. We had an amazing experience working with JD Entertainment for our wedding this month! We hired DJ Will and rented a photo booth for our wedding reception and it was amazing. Guests had a great time with the photo booth and at the end of the night we got a scrapbook of all the pictures everyone took as a photo guestbook. Will was absolutely amazing to work with and helped make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were getting compliments all night on the music and the atmosphere he created. We highly recommend JD Entertainment and especially DJ Will for your events!

We hired JD entertainment for our September Wedding at Greenfield Village. Their portal is very easy to use for selecting songs and planning the schedule. We chose DJ Will and he did a fantastic job. We gave him some instructions about our entrance and it went incredibly well. He included flamenco to showcase my husband's Hispanic culture. With regard to the other types of music through the night, he did great keeping people on the dance floor. Everything was amazing.
