Bottoms Up

I was having a great time until I tried to close my tab at the bar. The bartender that I was getting drinks through all evening told me that my tab had already been closed and my card was missing. I ordered three drinks, but they told me my tab was closed after two. They showed me a receipt that showed only two drinks, but when I looked in my account after I left I was charged for the third one separately. Very weird. Also, the bartender I spoke to told me that it had to be the other bartender that closed my tab but when I tried to get his attention he ignored me. Something fishy is going on and I won’t be giving them my patronage anymore. Update: The owner seems to have missed the part where I said my card was missing. My tab was closed without my knowledge. The reason I mentioned getting charged for the drinks is because it was weird how the bartender showed me a receipt for two drinks when my tab was closed but a separate third charge was on my account. I don’t mind paying for what I bought. I do mind you guys mishandling my property. How was my card ran again? Who did you guys give my card to? Is it still on the premises? I had to cancel my card. That is the issue. Please don’t try and paint a different picture than what actually happened. You guys lost my card and closed my tab without my knowledge.

Not a great experience here, it was Thursday so it was packed with underage kids and older folks alike. Lots of grabbing going on. Response to the snarky comment below from the owner: When you as a bar overpack the amount of people inside to make as much money as possible, there is no way for people to report an event. Not only could I not locate any security other than the the ones at the entrance too busy to stop or be bothered, but by the time I could squeeze by everyone to find a staff member the people causing issues are no where to be found. The issue was not that it was 18+ on Thursday- you let too many people in on that night to line your pockets.

This place wasn’t very friendly. The security guards were beyond rude and no manners whatsoever. Apparently it was a private event so we weren’t allowed to enter. If a sign was put in place most customers would’ve known so they know not to waste their time trying to enter this establishment. Honestly the owner/manager should consider getting new security guards to have a better reflection on their establishment.

One of the best party bar/nightclubs I’ve been to in a while. The DJ lineup is always great and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you go here find a male bartender named Dean, he knows his drinks. He cranks out drinks faster than you can blink and with ease. Thursday nights are the best here cause of the patio being open and the environment which gets changed nightly! Owner Tim was also super nice!

Always gonna be the worst "club" in buffalo. Why are your security guards always jumping & fighting people. The security…… Are we 12 years old?

I would highly recommend Bottoms Up to anyone who’s looking for a fun night out. The bartenders work fast, know what they’re doing, and are very friendly. The DJs are awesome, great owners, and the security are always on top of any issues if any are to happen at all. Bottoms Up is known for their specialty fishbowls and have very reasonably priced drinks! If I were you I would definitely check this place out, if you haven’t already! The inside has a great atmosphere along with a heated patio bar with a separate DJ

The worst club experience of my life. Terribly managed. It was so crowded people trying to get out from the back literally could not move, and then when the bouncer tried to get past and obviously couldn't he started elbowing people aggressively and screaming at people to move. Hmmm, it's a little hard to do that when your business lets in far too many people. He should be fired. You don't get to assault people because your business is poorly managed. If you want a good time don't go here. I will never go back. There is a reason it has the worst rating of any club in Buffalo
